This iPhone 6S clone costs only Rm160
iPhone 6S is a controversial device, which many people love and many people question why. Recently in China, a company in Shenzhen has introduced a clone to the iPhone 6s for a super tiny price tag of $37. This means the iPhone 6S clone price in Malaysia is only Rm 160. I suppose the clone is targeted to customers who don’t want to pay that much for the real handset, but still love to have a so-called iPhone to use.
iPhone 6S clone – what RM 160 can buy
Now, let’s take a closer look into the iPhone 6S clone. In terms of build, the clone has a 5 inch display with 960 x 540 resolution. The handset is powered by quad-core A7 processor, while the real version features A9 chip set. The iPhone 6S clone RAM is only 512MB and goes with another 4GB of internal storage. This is a tiny combination, I must say. And we yet to know whether the smartphone offers SD card slot to expand its memory or not.
Talking about user interface, the iPhone 6S clone also features and iOS theme to make it a complete “iPhone device”, though we haven’t detected whether it is iOS 9 or previous version. I guess RM 160 can bot buy you an LTE-supported smartphone, but you will have dual-SIM with 3G internet: good enough for any normal mobile network usage.
Since design would be what matters when it comes to clones, this iPhone 6S copy cat knows their original well enough to feature all 3 color option: silver, gold and of course popular rose gold.
The clone industry has been developing quite fast so far, especially in China. It is interesting that you can actually find a smartphone that looks like that expensive iPhone 6S, with the price of only 1/10.
iPhone 6S clone and the clone industry
This is, however, not the first time we find copy versions of iPhone devices. It is their unexplainable popularity despite the high price, is the resason why many Chinese manufactures started to mass production their own versions, with super cheap pricing, to meet up the vast demand of their market.
Here is a short introduction video of the iPhone 6S clone!
4 awesome Nokia smartphone concepts to come in 2016 – PART 2
Continue the “4 awesome Nokia smartphone concepts to come in 2016”, today we would like to introduce 5 more concepts to you! They all come with appealing designs and specs that will absolutely make you fall in love with Nokia Smartphones once again. With the fast development of technology, the chance for such concepts to be considered and brought into live by Nokia is much higher. They can even be the secret weapons that Nokia will use to “attack” mobile market in 2016. Check them out now!
1. Nokia Lumia Play: A special gift for gamers
Nokia Lumia Play specs:
The Play is powered by Microsoft XBOX technology and can be used as a gamepad with an XBOX 360 console. Other features of the Nokia Lumia Play are a quad-core CPU, 2 GB of RAM paired with 32 GB of internal storage (expandable up to 64 GB), and a display with high definition, 1136 x 640 resolution and Gorilla Glass.
As for the camera, there are a 10 MP Full HD rear and a 5 MP front-facing snapper. Though this is not a camera-centric smartphone, we hope Nokia can equip the main shooter with 13 MP or more. Also, Lumia Play is said to support NFC, Bluetooth 4.0, and Wi-Fi, and come with 5 different color options.
2. Nokia 3D: “A modern smartphone user interface”
This is a Nokia smartphone that is not only available for your viewing pleasure but also capable of 3D looks. It is considered as a device coming with beauty elements of Finnish nature. Though the design is quite simple, we still can see the taste of a premium machine. According to the designer, it would be equipped with “a modern smartphone user interface.”
3. Nokia 701: The comeback of Windows Phone
Some Nokia 701 specs are likely to include a quad-core lower end CPU, 1 GB of RAM, 8 or 16 GB of internal storage (not knowing if it can be expanded or not) and a 5 MP camera. If so, its specifications are not really attractive, huh? As a result, the price has to be the main selling key. However, there is no detail for that! Or on the contrary, in case of being able to make it come true, Nokia should put some things like 2 GB RAM, 5 MP front, 13 MP rear shooter, etc. in and Nokia 701 will be a good deal!
4. Nokia McLaren: Whooping 50MP Pureview
Nokia McLaren is a beautiful smartphone concept proposed by Nokia when still under the contract with Microsoft. It was supposed to come with super fascinating specs: a handy 5-inch screen, premium 3D Touch ID and an amazing 50MP ZEISS Pureview camera sensor!
However, the device was later cancelled by Microsoft, so not many people have known about it any further. It would be an absolutely awesome smartphone if besides the 50MP camera, it could go with huge RAM and long battery also such as 6GB of RAM (for 2016, yes) and at least 4000 mAH battery!
* Nokia Fit: Tiny but mighty
The Nokia fit is a basic phone that can only operate phone calls and texting. The buttons and control are within easy reach (since everything is on your finger, what is not easy then?). They are all located either on the top or on the bottom of the device. Vibrations would be what you can expect to realize incoming calls or new text messages. So it is totally silent and perfect for a serious mission.
Nokia Smartphones Malaysia 2016 – Conclusion
What do you think about those Nokia smartphones? Is there any other favorite device you would want Nokia to bring to real life in 2016? Since Microsoft Mobile’s contract with Nokia is ending, we might see one of the above handsets very soon!
“Nokia Returns” built with Android OS and 5.2-inch 2K screen
Nokia is coming to town… I mean they are coming back in 2016, promising a good year for them and for us as well. Things will be much better if a high-end smartphone released by Nokia runs on Android operating system like the one we are going to look at today: Nokia Returns.
NOKIA RETURNS Design
Please note that Nokia Returns is the name of the phone perhaps in order to mark the company’s comeback next year. It is designed by Chacko T. Kalacherry, a designer who is also expecting the Nokia to get back on track.
Looking at the pictures, I have to say that I see some slight Nexus vibe here. However, there are still some parts of the visual identity for Nokia products remained, which is absolutely a great thing to do. Covering the machine is a metal case with an outstanding Nokia logo placed right above the display.
While some current phones choose to have small secondary cameras, Nokia Returns wants to be different with a bigger one. Though, it still looks pretty on the front surface. Moreover, there is one interesting point related to its speakers. They are put on the sides instead of at the bottom of the device this time. As for the color options, you have two: one is silver and the other is yellow. Unfortunately, we are not able to see the back of the Returns.
NOKIA RETURNS Specs
I guess that it comes with a 5 or 5.2-inch screen and the display resolution should be Full HD or up to 2K as a trend nowadays. Apart from that, I have not been informed of any other Nokia Returns Specs yet. Nonetheless, for a beautiful flagship like this, Nokia would give it top features to make it awesome both inside and outside.
Nokia Returns smartphone: The choice for Nokia Comeback 2016?
Are you excited for Nokia comeback 2016, or for this very cool Nokia Returns phone? Put on your finger, press those button, and get ready for your next mission!
Vivo X6: 6-inch 2K screen, 4GB RAM and 1GB dedicated-graphics RAM
The beast of the beasts in this H2 of this year is about to show up! It is Vivo X6 equipped with so so many TOP SPECS and a special thing that will surprise you. Check out what it has and the reason why it has been able to stir up the mobile industry these days.
Vivo X6 Specs
Firstly, Vivo X6 is considered as a beast because it owns the first deca-core chip for smartphone in the world Helio X20, powering the phone together with the strongest 4 GB RAM at the moment. Other Vivo X6 specs include a 6-inch Quad HD screen, Force Touch tech, a 21 MP camera and a 4,000 mAh battery to be on-board. Wow, with just those features, the X6 is really a fantastic flagship of Vivo. They must have a big Vivo X6 launch event in the next days.
But they may not enough to surprise us, right?! Yes, they are not. The real interesting thing here is its 1GB RAM dedicated to graphics. This is the first time we have heard something like that and Vivo X6 is the first phone to do that.
Vivo X6 Price and Availability
Recenlty, Vivo has released a teaser for their phablet X6. In the picture, Vivo mentioned “fast”, which shows that the coming handset will have a super high productivity thanks to all the high-end specifications and especially the 1 GB of dedicated graphics RAM.
However, we have not received information related to the Vivo X6 launch as well Vivo X6 price yet. But, according to some sources, it is expected to be introduce in the next days. As for the price, we cannot say it will be affordable due to what we have known. The cost should be ranging from RM1,800 to RM2,800 or even more.
So, from what we are informed of the Vivo X6, it is a strong competitor for all the flagships on the market now. We can’t wait to make see which phones will surrender to the X6. What do you think?
Xperia Z5 Premium vs Galaxy S6 edge Plus: 4K display cannot beat 2K
In this half of the year, we have witnessed a lot of launch events of flagships from Samsung, Sony, Google, Huawei, LG and so on. But are they all as powerful as each other? We would say… let’s check the following battle first and come to a conclusion! Today we have:
Xperia Z5 Premium vs Galaxy S6 edge Plus
As we know Z5 Premium is famous for its 4K display and S6 edge Plus is known as a flagship smartphone with a curved screen. They have something special for themselves but which one is more outstanding in terms of design, specs and prices? First, look at the spec table and we will clearly see some important differences:
| Sony Xperia Z5 specs | Samsung Galaxy S6 edge Plus specs | |
| Dimensions | 154.4 x 75.8 x 7.8 mm | 154.4 x 75.8 x 6.9 mm |
| Weight | 180 g | 153 g |
| Display | 5.5-inch 4K (~806 ppi) IPS LCD | 5.7-inch 2K (~518 ppi) Super AMOLED |
| OS | Android OS, v5.1.1 (Lollipop), planned upgrade to v6.0 (Marshmallow) | Android OS, v5.1.1 (Lollipop) |
| Processor | Snapdragon 810 | Exynos 7420 |
| ROM | 32 GB (expandable up to 200 GB) | 32/64 GB (non-expandable) |
| RAM | 3 GB | 4 GB |
| Camera | Rear: 23 MP, phase detection autofocus, LED flashFront: 5.1 MP, 1080p, HDR | Rear: 16 MP, optical image stabilization, autofocus, LED flashFront: 5 MP, 1440p@30fps, dual video call, Auto HDR |
| Battery | Non-removable Li-Ion 3230 mAh | Non-removable Li-Ion 3000 mAh |
| SIM | Nano-SIM | Nano-SIM |
| Color | Chrome, Black, Gold | Black Sapphire, Gold Platinum, Silver Titan, White Pearl |
| Price | Around $975 (~RM4,200) | From RM2,755 |
Z5 Premium and S6 edge Plus are phablets but the Plus is obviously bigger with 5.7-inch display instead of 5.5-inch one of the Premium. Despite being smaller, the Sony’s beast has an up to 4K resolution for the display. Many people has argued if it is really necessary for a smartphone since its size is not of a TV and we can hardly notice any difference. On the other hand, the Plus’s Quad HD screen seems more reasonable. And it sports 4GB RAM, biggest capacity for RAM nowadays, while the Z5 Premium has ended up with boasting just 3GB RAM, which cannot show the strength a flagship should have.
As for the processor, it is also like a comparison between Snapdragon and Exynos chip, yet both phones are almost similar in terms of speed. However, there is one thing about the Snapdragon 810 most people are afraid of. It is the heating issue the chipset causes. Many devices equipped with SD810 have been reported to have the same problem. Then, Sony Z5 Premium has to be wary.
Nonetheless, we have to praise Z5 Premium for its expandable internal storage and camera; they are better than those of S6 edge Plus for sure. In spite of giving consumer only one 32GB version, the Premium ROM comes along with a microSD card slot that can be used to expand the ROM up to 200GB. And the rear camera is…AWESOME with 23 megapixels to take any photo you like. In addition, the battery of Sony Z5 Premium is a bit larger than that of Samsung Galaxy S6 edge Plus.
So, those are some points we want to compare when it comes to the specs. Now, we move on to the design.
Sony Xperia Z5 Premium does have a premium look, just like its name. The frame is made of aluminum with nylon padding on the corners to protect the glossy glass on the back. The fingerprint sensor is built in the power button on one side of the handset, which is very creative and useful as you do not have to turn the Z5 Premium up and down to unlock it.
Meanwhile, Samsung S6 edge+ design includes a metal frame; the front and back surfaces are covered with Gorilla Glass 4. Like we said above, its selling point is the dual curved edges and one of them can even be customized to display 5 apps you usually use, 5 contacts, a night clock, notifications and alerts. Different from the Sony’s product, its fingerprint scanner is integrated into a physical home button placed on the front.
Well, in this look comparison, it is so hard for us to choose a winner. They are all gorgeous! We let you decide it.
Last but not least, it is about prices. Sony Xperia Z5 Premium has not been confirmed yet, but Sony Xperia Z5 Premium price is likely to cost around $975 (RM4,200), which is a hefty price in fact. On the contrary, Samsung Galaxy S6 edge Plus price is way less, staring from RM2,755. There is no hesitation anymore. Samsung Galaxy S6 edge Plus beats Sony Xperia Z5 Premium in this price battle!
CONCLUSION
We mainly considered the specs, prices, and designs of these flagship smartphones and saw that each of them is special in their own way. They are powerful and beautiful. Yet, we have to admit Samsung Galaxy S6 edge Plus is better than its competitor today in many aspects. Don’t you agree?

Apple iPhone 7 display to apply OLED – Better visual for the future
After Apple iPhone 6S and 6S Plus launch, we immediately think about Apple iPhone 7. Though the iPhone 7 launch is still a year away, nothing can stop rumors and concepts from flying all over the internet. So far we’ve heard that iPhone 7 will come without a home button and now we’ve got something related to its screen, something related to OLED display.
Actually, we think the rumor can be reliable since it was from AppleInsider. Accordingly, the iPhone 7 will sport an OLED display, which means they will give up on LCD one. As we know, Apple watch is the only Apple device featuring an OLED screen nowadays and no smartphone is equipped with it. Back to 2013, Tim Cook claimed that the OLED was “awful” when it came to color saturation, which is totally different from what they are going to do with the iPhone 7 if the leak comes true. Yes, he may have changed his mind. The, what can be the reason behind this?
A possible one perhaps is that OLED display has been improved a lot compared to itself in 2013. Specifically, it is able to offer a deeper black and work without a backlight, so the smartphone containing it will be slimmer, a good idea for the upcoming iPhone 7. And we guess that LG can continue supplying Apple with OLED displays like they did for the Apple Watch.
In conclusion, changing from LCD to OLED is an awesome way to give phone users a better visual experience and Apple iPhone 7 can become more famous than its predecessors. Though, the company has not confirmed yet. So, let’s wait and see!
iPhone 6S: how to update from 16GB to 128GB with just RM400
For those who like using an Apple iPhone with huge ROM, you can find one in China now since they have figured out a way to upgrade the iPhone’s internal storage up to 128GB. Isn’t it amazing?
Actually, some repair shops in China have a service of expanding iPhone’s ROM just in an hour and charge an affordable fee. According to CCTV News, which has sent their reporter a shop like that to try the service. A person called Xu has a phone repair shop in Chongqing, China and mentions Apple iPhones have storage chips that can help expand the ROM but they need verification before being activated.
Note that it was impossible to do so until now. A special tool has been created by someone and it enables the repairers to directly access the storage chip and read the serial number placed on it. This allows them to activate it easily. After everything has been done, we mean the activation, the original chip has to be replaced at once and who does that needs to be careful in welding the new chip on to sixty pinpoint soldered joints.
With this method, Xu claimed he updated more than seventy iPhones in a week and so far there has been no reports of any problems or failures. As we told you, the fee is not expensive. It will only cost you 580 Yuan (about RM400) and one hour of waiting. If you have a 16GB iPhone 6S priced at RM3,199, you can pay RM400 more to turn your phone into a 128GB iPhone 6S instead of buying an original 128GB model costing RM1,000 more.
However, one problem you have to be aware of is that after the procedure, your phone’s warranty is not longer valid and your information can be stolen, which may lead to more serious issues. At the moment, Apple China’s officials have not announced anything for such a case but perhaps in the future, they will do something with their own products to prevent access to the storage chip’s serial numbers.
To recap…
…we cannot deny the idea of expanding an iPhone’s ROM, especially up to 128GB, without spending too much money is great. Yet, the risks coming along with that are unknown and can be dangerous. So, what would you say? We should or should not do that if the service appears in Malaysia someday?
9 Smartphones with SUPER LARGE Internal Storage – 128GB and above
We have already had big BATTERY, DISPLAY RESOLUTION, and RAM, but it seems we lack something. Yes, BIG ROM.
Usually a phone has two, three or four options over the internal storage with different prices (it costs more when the ROM space increases). We know it is important because of being the place where you store all your media and software needed. Therefore, in today’s post, we would like to introduce 10 smartphones having 128GB and above ROM to you and some of them can even be expanded via microSD cards. Nokia Lumia Play 2-in-1: Smartphone and Games console!
We are glad to say that another great idea for Nokia smartphone next year has just been spotted: Nokia Lumia Play. This is a super cool concept and design for a gaming phone developed by designer Antonio Celestino. Now, let’s get into details and you will decide whether it is fantastic or not!
It is easily to see that Nokia Lumia Play is a concept smartphone aiming at gaming. We figure it out not only from the name but also the design. It features sliding game pads which can improve or bring a totally new mobile gaming experience since you will not have to move your fingers on a not-very-spacious screen anymore.
That is for the look. Nokia Lumia Play specs are also mentioned as a powerful package of hardware capable of delivering stunning graphics which is pretty important for most gaming smartphones. Accordingly, the Play is powered by Microsoft XBOX technology. Moreover, you can use it as a gamepad with an XBOX 360 console. It is just like 2 in 1: a smartphone and a part of a games console. Cool!
Other features of the Nokia Lumia Play are a quad-core CPU, 2 GB of RAM paired with 32 GB of internal storage (expandable up to 64 GB via a microSD card), and a display with high definition, 1136 x 640 resolution and Gorilla Glass.
Last but not least, you may wonder what the operating system the Play runs on. Looking at the picture, it is quite sure that the OS is Windows Phone, and Windows 10 is the newest OS now, so what can be better than that?
Closing note
To conclude, honestly we are impressed with the design of Nokia Lumia Play most. Perhaps gaming smartphones are not very rare on the market but we believe the Play will draw a lot of attention. Do you agree?
