Volvo to release 7 new awesome Volvo cars in 2016

1. VOLVO S90

The Volvo S90 is said to be the flagship model in its line-up and Volvo S90 launch will occur at the Detroit Auto Show 2016. This is really a stunning car to replace the outgoing Volvo S80 sedan. The S90 comes with Thor’s Hammer LED light signature. So, you will have a highly user friendly interior and infotainment systems XC90 uses together with new engines.

2. VOLVO S60 CROSS COUNTRY

The company has designed Volvo S60 to be the first of its kind cross sedan in India. It features SUV style like side claddings and plastic exposed wheel trim for example. Therefore, it can give 400 horsepower and 472 foot-pounds of torque to 4 wheels. Talking about interior, the rear seats sport an electronically controlled set-up with massage and cooling features, and movable touchscreens for entertainment. That’s fantastic!

5. VOLVO XC90 R-DESIGN

This is a sportier model called R-Design. Looking at the car, we have a feeling that the shape and contours of the car are a bit more aggressive compared to other models. But, it is beautiful, right?! Besides, we also notice that the wheels are bigger and the interior boasts a more aggressive seat set-up and carbon fibre insert.

6. VOLVO V40 FACELIFT

It seems like the V40 design is inspired by the XC90 design. It has Thor’s Hammer LED DRLs and a small vertical-slat grille. Additionally, V40’s got a D4 Drive-E 4-cylinder twin turbo diesel engine rated at 190 PS and 400 Nm with a six-speed manual transmission or 8-speed Aisin automatic gearbox. The car is likely to feature a touchscreen infotainment system though there’s been no official word for that, so let’s wait and see!

7. VOLVO V40 CC FACELIFT

As you know, Volvo V40 CC has been available in India for a while yet its sales was not really good. Maybe that is the reason why the company wants to release a facelifted version of the V40 to boost the sales of the car in the future. And you need to know the facelift is limited to bumpers, grilles and wheels along with some updates in the interior department. We are looking for this cool guy!

Samsung Galaxy Note 6: Better design and specs

This Samsung Galaxy Note 6 concept is by Jermaine Smit. According to the source, the device will probably sport a 6-inch foldable display with 4K (aka UHD) resolution. Besides, it will surely run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system out of the box. The whole machine will be powered by a 14 nm or 10 nm Samsung Exynos chip, or maybe a Snapdragon 830 one. Which one do you prefer?

Other Samsung Galaxy Note 6 specs include a 4,000mAh battery, 6GB or 8GB RAM (this is totally possible since the Snapdragon has recently been said to be able to work with 8GB RAM), and expandable 128GB ROM. Yes, we really hope to see microSD card come back next year. As for the camera, the rear one will be capable of up to 27 megapixels and the front-facing snapper will be at least 8 megapixels. Cool, right?!

Well, the design is pretty beautiful and typical for a Samsung Note. It has an edge-to-edge screen and perhaps some curved “edge” action. Looking at the pics, we also notice an USB Type C port and the same home button as Samsung Galaxy Note 5’s. However, we did not see the special stylus here. Hope they will create a better one.

So, we all know the best display resolution nowadays is 4K (aka UHD) and the world’s first phone coming with this gorgeous feature is Sony Xperia Z5 Premium. If we have already had the first, the second should come in the near future. Lately, we have been able to spot a device called Lumia FN with a premium design and a strong package of specs including a 4K screen, which seems to be an ideal candidate.

According to some news sources, Shallots Metal will be going on sale in China first on December 12, 2015 and the cost is expected to be less than $350. Firstly, we should talk about design. Note 3 comes with an aluminum unibody and curved edges which make it very beautiful and premium. On the back, there’s a fingerprint scanner (FS) to unlock the phone in less than 0.03s. Meanwhile, OP X is smaller (due to its 5-inch screen) and equipped with only a metal frame and a glass or ceramic rear panel. Besides, there’s no FS built on the phone. Anyhow, they are both pretty and you can depend on your own hobby to choose the winner.

Spec-wise, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 specs include a MediaTek Helio X10 chip and 2/3GB RAM while the OnePlus X specs pack a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 chip and 3GB RAM. Overall, those are strong hardware and absolutely able to bring you great experience in using. However, the Note 3’s 4,000mAh battery is obviously better than the OP X’s 2,525mAh cell. So, the Xiaomi product is the winner.

But, wait! We recognize the X’s 8MP selfie cam and expandable ROM (up to 128GB) are just more awesome than its competitor’s 5MP shooter and non-expandable ROM. And the OP X’s 441 ppi is higher than the Note’s 403 ppi. As a result, the former’s display is better than the latter’s. Then, which one is the champion here?
