OnePlus Two is going to be released at 10AM, 28 July 2015 (Malaysia Time). It will be the first global VR launch event ever, ending the days of waiting and guessing how it looks like and what the phone is capable of. Of course we have been informed some specs as well as special features of OnePlus Two through teasers, photos, videos, etc., but this time, we can see it in person.

So far, we have collected quite much information about OnePlus Two specs. It is anticipated to own a 5.5″ Quad HD screen, Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, 4GB LPDDR4 RAM, a 3,300mAh battery, a 13MP main and a 8MP secondary camera.

Apart from those basic details, some new things are also announced. They are the reversible USB Type C connector, a physical home button with a fingerprint scanner, and especially, it will be running on OnePlus‘s latest OxygenOS that is based on Android M, which is absolutely ahead of anyone else. Nonetheless, during the launch event, OnePlus Two is said to run on Android Lollipop instead.

Doogee phone maker is planning to launche a premium Android smartphone called Doogee Titans T3 with impressive points in both design and functionality. Regarding design, this handset will use leather and metal frame to enhance the luxury appearance. It seemed to be slightly thick phone to intergrate ahigh-capacity battery which ensure time usage for users.

In terms of features, Doogee Titans T3 will own support security scanners to enhance secure information. However, the most impressive is the second screen located at the top edge of the handset. This screen displays work clock and notifications from the device.
But under the premium segment, the mid- range device Doogee Titans T3 equipped only normal hardware with 5-inch screen 720p resolution, 294 ppi, 2GB of RAM, 16GB internal memory and a Mediatek MT6735. Perhaps the manufacturer invested too much in the product’s design. On the contrary, pay less attention in the configuration. In addition, the body is even claimed to be waterproof too.

Release date well as the selling price of the Doogee Titans T3 still not been announced. Reportedly, Doogee is a small phone manufacturers in China but always offering innovative products. In the future, besides Doogee Titans T3, Doogee will launch one smartphone with a battery life of up to 6000 mAh.

We used to informed you that you could purchase an imported Sony Xperia Z3+ via DirectD, but now, we are glad to announce that Sony Xperia Z3 Plus Malaysia official has finally been brought to Malaysia.

Though it is obviously that the cell capacity is not impressive at all, Sony claimed that Z3 Pls is still able to last for up to 2 days. due to the phone’s smart slight change on the display and processor. Moreover, it also support a cap-less micro USB port, dual front stereo speakers, built-in Hi-Res audio and the Android Lollipop OS with Sony’s latest UI on top.

As for the design, we can see that the handset is super thin at 6.9mm and light with just 144 grams. In addition, there are 4 color variants for you to choose: White, black, copper, and aqua green. So, which color do you like?

Other than the good things about the Sony Xperia Z3 Plus specs and look, we have to note that there is an “outstanding” problem about this machine that we cannot ignore. Back in June, Sony company did admit that the Xperia Z3 Plus had overheating issues much like the other Snapdragon 810 powered handsets. However, they promised to roll out updated software to fix them as soon as possible. In our opinion, we believe that Sony can do it and will try their best to do it since they will not want to risk their perennial reputation.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 edge plus is rumored to be announced possibly in the August. The latest report from Vietnam said that the handset will have similar feature to the Galaxy Note 5, which is the alongside device and supported 4GB RAM inside. If the rumor is right, these two devices will be the first phones handling the Samsung brand to have 4GB of RAM inside.

Although latest rumor puts the kibosh on earlier talk that the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ would be powered by the Snapdragon 808 SoC, a rumored source in Vietnam told that it will sport the same Exynos 7420 chipset. This means that the phablets will have the same chipset as the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge.

However, the S6 edge+ ‘s chip could be set to a faster clock speed than the 2.1GHz that is used on the two older models.

Battery is also the point that many people notice. The Samsung Galaxy S6 edge Plus is rumored to feature a 3,000mAh cell. Therefore, will probably result in a very thin phone, it is likely to have the lower-end of the phablet space. The three versions Galaxy S6,Galaxy S6 edge and Galaxy S6 edge+ share the smaller batteries compared to their previous version – Galaxy S5.

We all expect to the two flagship Galaxy S6 edge+ and Galaxy Note 5 to be lauched in next month and that is when the truth of those rumors be checked out.

We can’t deny that Sony Xperia Z5 is one of the most expected flagships in this H2 of 2015. Most of us hope that it will sport all the best specs the tech world offers such as 4GB RAM, Snapdragon 820, huge battery, etc. Though, none of the rumored or anticipated information about Z5 has been confirmed by Sony.

Recently, there has been some leaks announcing that the upcoming Sony Xperia Z5 and its Compact version will feature the Snapdragon 810 processor, which has been causing quite many conflicts in the mobile world. Most people know that SD810 usually causes overheating issues for the phones. Even Sony did admit this problem with Sony Xperia Z3+ not long ago. So, we do not know whether the leak source should be believed or not.

According to some sources, there are two devices with codenames of E6603 and E5803 that have been spotted in a leaked UA profile lately. Some important specs are also seen, but not many. Reportedly, the E6603 is said to be Sony Xperia Z5 and the E5803 is the Sony Xperia Z5 Compact. One essential point is that the MSM8944 Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 is listed as the main processor for both devices. Other specs include a FHD display for E6603 (Xperia Z5) and HD display for E5803 (Xperia Z5 Compact).

Well, if that is the case, we think Sony should be applying a better Snapdragon 810 version to their flagship Sony Xperia Z5 if they do not want to let their fans down. So far, Sony has still kept quiet, which means we still can look forward to a Sony Xperia with the best specs and design!

Antutu is one of the most popular benchmark application for devices of Android.  It tests our device’s specs  and give out an overall score and results in a synthetic benchmark score.

Last year, before the appearing of Galaxy S6, Meizu MX4 was ranked top at AnTuTu with the score of  47,765. Early this time, leader for 2015 was the Samsung Galaxy S6 with a 68,157. However, the upcoming Nexus 5 smartphone (2015)  scored 85000+ through AnTuTu benchmark. With an incredible score of 85,530, this is the top score in Antutu because no phone achives greater score than Galaxy S6 till now.

The Nexus 5 (2015) device seems to be the new handset that beat on the benchmark site. With the really high score, wondering that will it remain on top for the whole year.The handset is made by LG and supposed to be the smaller version of Nexus brand.

It was reported previously that LG is planning to base the Nexus 5 (2015)  on the same chipset used in the LG G4 – Snapdragon 808 SoC, few other sources had said that Snapdragon 810 will be equiped for the device. But if the leaked benchmark scores are real, either of these chipsets are imposible expectation. Nexus 5 can be powered more powerful chipset than Exynos 7420- the  Samsung Galaxy S6’s chipset . And the Snapdragon 820 SoC is our highest expectation to be running inside the device.

Google may launch the upcoming Nexus devices in September. So we have to wait upcoming September the device to be released to know whether those information is true or not. Stay tuned!!

Over the last few week, there are many rumors around the upcoming flagship of Microsoft to be announced in October : Lumia 950 & Lumia 950 XL, which are codenamed Talkman and Cityman. However, no one can make sure about those leaks. Now, it’s time for setting the record straight of the specific specs and features of  these two flagships.

Recently, the Windows Central has given more details about these Microsoft devices. They are annouced in this coming September at IFA 2015. It can be around the date of 4 to 9 in September. Besides, they can be on sale in October or November.

According to multiple sources, the Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL will not be made of metal as the old rumors. Instead, they will have the black and white polycarbonate cover. They are both just around 7-8 mm thin.Both phones will have an iris scanner to unlock the devices. This hardware is part of the Windows Hello feature in Windows 10, and the experience should result in less than one second to unlock the device.

About the Lumia 950 XL, it will be more expensive than the Lumia 950 for certain. It will come with the higher specs with optional Surface pen and an optional smart cover., which has a circular area allow us to see calls and notifications.

The Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL still haven’t had the final decision names. By the way, they will get it in this latest September.

This year, Samsung is going to do something different from the previous years. As usual, a Samsung Galaxy Note phone is often introduced at IFA Berlin event for the first time. However, the new member of Note series in 2015 – Samsung Galaxy Note 5, will be released earlier, on 12 or 13 August.

Besides the Note phablet coming with an S-Pen, Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ will also be presented as a bigger version of Galaxy S6. According to the latest news, both cool devices have been spotted in some photos, and this time, they are REAL phones in REAL pictures.

From these pictures, we notice that the white version of Galaxy Note 5 looks premium with metal and glass like the Galaxy S6. The front surface of Note 5 appears similar to that of Galaxy Note 4 but with super slim bezels. We estimate that the screen size can range from 5.7 to 6 inches. As for the home button, it is an oval physical button, like the S6’s one, and probable will come with a fingerprint sensor. Though we cannot tell anything about the Galaxy Note 5 specs for sure now, but its design somehow satisfy our curiosity after so many days looking at the renders only.

Unlike the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 which has been a mystery, the design of Galaxy S6 edge+ is not surprising much since from the name, we can see that it will look a lot like the current S6 edge. In fact, it is a bit wider and taller. We guess that Samsung Galaxy S6 edge Plus specs will also the same as the original S6 but there should be a larger battery to power such a screen.

In conclusion, we are heading to August to welcome two new products from Samsung: Galaxy Note 5 and S6 edge Plus. Hopefully there would be no delay and Samsung will release official information about their flagships soon!

There are many technology firms have announced thier flagship and gained a lot of success. Lenovo also present for the launch of  Lenovo A7000 and Lenovo Vibe Shot. Samsung also created its heat with Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge. Moreover, the Edge S6 is designed nicely with two screen overflows edge.

Let’s see how the two devices are featured. What can make the two machine be outstanding if they are put together in the comparison Lenovo Vibe Shot vs Samsung Galaxy S6 :

Design

Lenovo Vibe Shot has a stylish design with a body made from aluminum. The device measures 142 x 70 x total of 7.3 mm, weight 145 grams. Products are available with the pearl white version, Graphite grey and crimson.

Meanwhile, the Samsung Galaxy S6 is designed with metal frame, covered with luxurious glass sides. It seems thinner and lighter than the competitor with overall dimensions 143.4 x 70.5 x 6.8 mm and 138 grams weight. In general, the S6 style looks quite to the Samsung Galaxy S5 but has some improved  features.

Screen

Lenovo Vibe Shot comes with a 5-inch IPS screen LCD, 1080 x 1920 resolution with 441 ppi pixel. density.  These features are integrated on the screen including light sensor and proximity sensor,  Corning Gorilla Glass  3.

Meanwhile, Samsung Galaxy S6 comes with a bit bigger screen, 5.1 inches to be specific. Moreover, it has a totally higher display’s resolution: 1440 x 2560 pixels (~577 ppi pixel density). At this point, it seems like S6 has more advantages than Vibe Shot. However, some people think that the differences between 2K and FHD are not clear when the screen size is not significantly big enough, say, like a TV. So, what is your opinion?

Processor – Operating system – Memory

Lenovo device equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor 64-bit, 1.7 GHz , Adreno 405. Meanwhile, the Samsung Galaxy S6 using Exynos 7420 processor and Mali-T760. Both devices come with 3GB RAM, 32 GB of internal memory.

Another similarity is that they both run the Android operating system, Vibe Shot run Lollipop 5.0 also and its competitor runs  Lollipop 5.1.

Camera

The camera is the highlight point of Lenovo. This device is equipped with a 16 MP main camera comes with LED flash 3, supports optical image stabilization, autofocus tech with infrared, which enables the phone to increase its focusing speed actually 0.157 seconds to be specific. In addition this product also comes with a physical shutter button on the side to help users more easily photographed. This Lenovo product has an 8MP front-facing snapper which promises you many great selfies of yourself and friends.

Samsung Galaxy S6 camera also comes with high quality camera of 16 MP main camera, supports optical image stabilization, autofocus, LED flash. The machineh has 5 MP front-facing camera.

Both devices support 802.11 WiFi connectivity, Bluetooth 4.1.

Battery

Lenovo equips its facilities a 2900 mAh removable battery while Samsung Galaxy S6 comes with a 2550 mAh nonremovable battery.

Conclusion

Lenovo Vibe Shot and Galaxy S6 both have premium features that attract users. While Lenovo tends to have specialized photographic equipment, the Samsung has the advanced design. The two product are truly worthy to create the spotlights on the mobile market.

The mid-ranger Lenovo S60 is going to catch up with the new modern operating system Android Lollipop. Specifically, recently Lenovo company has begun making Android 5.0 Lollipop available for all Lenovo S60. This seems to be good news for Lenovo S60 users!

Back to the time when Lenovo S60 was firstly announced in January and available on sale in March this year, the machine ran on Android 4.4 KitKat. Meanwhile, Google Android 5.0 Lollipop had been unveiled for many months before the Lenovo S60 launch. Therefore, many people considered that Lenovo should have kept up with the new tech. Now, it is time for Lenovo to correct that error by rolling out the updated OS. According to some reports, Lenovo S60 with Android Lollipop has been spotted in Greece lately.

On the other hand, since the software happens over-the-air, it will take phone users some time to get their devices upgraded. However, once it reaches your Lenovo S60, there will a notification saying that Android 5.0 Lollipop is ready to be installed with a 1.32GB affair. If we got the information saying that Sony Xperia Z5 would be unveiled in September not long ago, now we’ve got another piece of info saying that there might be not only Z5 to be launched but also some other new high-end Sony smartphones around the same time.

According to a news source in Germany, there will probably be two high-end machines called Sony Xperia S60 and S70 to debut before the IFA 2015 conference. On the other hand, the source also mentioned that some European dealers claimed that those premium devices would be available at their places in mid-August.

Spec-wise, we only were informed of its 32GB of internal storage and the color options, consisting of white, black, yellow, and coralie for Sony Xperia S60, and white, black, gold, and green for Sony Xperia S70. If they are really the super high-end handsets of Sony launched together with Sony Xperia Z5, we hope to see more great specs when they come out!

In terms of price, we cannot predict anything specifically for now since there is little info of these Sony phones. Meanwhile, some people guess that Sony S60 and S70 would cost even more than Sony Xperia Z3+, whose price in Malaysia is at RM2,599 ($683), quite similar to Samsung Galaxy S6 and HTC One M9+ sold officially here.

Well, we are kind of surprised to hear that besides the flagship Sony Xperia Z5, the company is going to release up to other two premium smartphones which are Sony Xperia S60 and S70. Will this duo satisfy phone consumers in general and Sony fans in particular! Let’s look forward to August!

The upcoming Oneplus Two is on the way to give out many high-specs information to prove it’s truely the flagship killer. However, there is one thing we still cannot make sure about which is its camera specification. The device is expected to have a 13MP camera unit at the back side. Then, the OnePlus CEO Peter Lau posted on the company’ forums some sharp shots of OnePlus Two in the comparision with LG G4.

Recently, OnePlus CEO has shown some night camera pictures from the OnePlus and compare them with the LG G4. Basing on the images quality, we can see that the second generation of OnePlus has the better improvement compared to the OnePlus 1.

Given below are the camera performance of the OnePlus Two vs LG G4. We cannot really say that it beats the G4, but we obviously cannot refuse its great outcomes.

Nevertheless, it still not ensure that those images sample are exactly from the CEO, people are still looking forward to its real performance in real life, which can give the final comments on this camera unit. As the expectation, the handset is going to come in the next two weeks. According to the CEO, it will be around $400 for sale price.
