Apple iPhone 7 was launch in early September. In the iPhone 7 launch, Apple introduced to users some innovative features. Among those, the iPhone 7 won’t have the 3.5 mm headphone jack. It is also the first smartphone in the world coming with no headphone jack. Alongside, the company will launch a wireless earphone (call Apple AirPods). So, the iPhone 7 will bring the new experience in listening music, through the AirPods.

Besides, the iPhone 7 comes with a 12MP camera, with f/1.8, phase detection autofocus, OIS, and quad-LED flash. Along with it is a 7MP camera for selfies. Besides, other iPhone 7 specs are a 4.7-inch HD display, 1960 mAH battery, and 2GB RAM. Under the hood, it is powered by a quad-core A10 chipset, along with iOS 10. It is available in three storage options, including 32GB, 128GB, and 256GB. iPhone 7 price also comes in three: $649 (32GB), $749 (128GB), and $849 (256GB).

2. Apple iPhone 7 Plus

Besides iPhone 7, Apple iPhone 7 Plus also comes with no headphone jack. Like its name, the iPhone 7 Plus comes with many “Plus” specs. One of those  is the camera. iPhone 7 Plus owns a dual 12MP camera, with 2x optical zoom and 10x digital zoom. Besides, it has a bigger battery of 2900 mAh, a bigger screen of 5.5-inch, and a bigger 3GB RAM. Additionally, the physical Home button will be replaced by the sensitive Home button. Other iPhone 7 Plus specs are the same with its sibling, with iOS 10 and Apple A10 chipset under the hood. 3. LeEco Le Pro 3

First smartphones without the headphone jack: The next one is LeEco Le Pro 3. As LeEco’s plan, this phone will be launched in this month, with many appealing specs. It will be running on a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 821, coupled with Adreno 530 GPU. The phone will come in many variants: 4GB RAM+32GB ROM, 4GB RAM+64GB ROM, 6GB RAM+64GB ROM, 6GB RAM+128GB ROM. Other LeEco Le Pro 3 specs are a 4070 mAH, a 5.5-inch full HD display, and a combo of 16MP rear camera + 8MP selfie shooter. As for LeEco Le Pro 3 price, it costs $276 for 4GB RAM version and $298 for 6GB RAM version.

4. Motorola Moto Z

Moto Z is a new phone from Motorola, which was launched in June 2016. The phone comes with appealing specs, including 5.5-inch 2K screen, 4GB RAM, and 32/64GB ROM. Under the hood, it is powered by a Quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820, together with Adreno 530 CPU. For photography, it sports 13MP rear camera with f/1.8, laser autofocus, OIS,and dual-LED flash. There is also 5MP selfie shooter on the front. Besides, you will find a 2600 mAH battery on this device. It is also one of the first smartphones without the headphone jack. Motorola price is $506 for the 32GB ROM version and $596 for the 64GB version.

5. LeEco Le Max 2

Last but not least, we have LeEco Le Max 2 in this list of the first smartphones without the headphone jack. The phone comes with a 5.7-inch 2K display, along with 3100 mAH battery. It is running on Quad-core Qualcomm SnapDragon 820 under the hood, coupled with Android 6.0. There are many versions to pick: 4 GB RAM plus 32/64 GB ROM or 6GB RAM plus 64/128 GB ROM. iPhone 7 hissing sound: What’s wrong with the phone?

Only a few days after the official iPhone 7 release, multiple users have reported a weird iPhone 7 hissing sound. One of the first people to declare this issue is 521 Pixels’s Stephen Hackett. According to what he said, the weird sound emitted when he was using iCloud to restore his phone. The thing is this sound didn’t come from the speakers. Instead, it seemingly emitted from the back of his iPhone, where the CPU is located.

Stephen also added that he has used lots of smartphones before and this is the first time he has encountered such issue. He posted this to 512 Pixels, along with a video of how the noise sounds. Surprisingly some viewers, including the former PR representative from Apple, have shared that they encountered the same iPhone 7 hissing sound, especially when their phones are conducting heavy tasks.

Stephen then contacted Apple and their customer service has requested him to get his phone replaced for free at Apple retailers. Unfortunately, iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 plus are currently out of stock and he has to wait for 5 or 7 days until he finally gets a noise-less iPhone. However, the bigger problem here is that, since everyone is still “impressed” by Note 7 explosion, the iPhone 7 replacement may not be a satisfying answer towards iPhone lovers.

iPhone 7 hissing sound: What does Apple answer?

So far, Apple has not made any statements about the weird iPhone 7 hissing sound. Meanwhile, many experts have expected that the sound could come from the new A10 chipset. To look on the bright side, Stephen’s iPhone was still functioning properly while the sound is being produced. The first feature is a dual camera. This year, Apple equipped iPhone 7 Plus with a dual camera on the back. Thanks to that, 7 Plus is the first iPhone to have a dual rear camera. It only stands behind SND 820 on the Antutu benchmark. Now, A10 Fusion is even stronger with 40% faster performance.

The camera at the back can make videos ranging from 720p at 240fps to 2160p at 30fps. The 7MP frontal camera has f/2.2 aperture, Retina Flash, panorama feature and ability to make remarkable 1080p videos at 30fps.

1. Dual cameras

Apple has finally unveiled their first model of wireless headphones: the AirPods! The headphones were first introduced during the September Apple Event together with the new iPhone 7, which doesn’t have a 3.5mm headphone jack to begin with!

During the Apple Event on September 7th 2016, new versions of iPhone along with a new model of headphones were introduced to the world tech audience. The new model headphones are called AirPods and they are completely wireless to go along with the new iPhone 7 which doesn’t use a 3.5mm headphone jack. The AirPods are shaped similarly to the previous EarPods, with their long head-tail but without the actual wire to connect the two pieces.

The new Apple W1 chip is the one responsible for handling audio and wireless connection inside the AirPods. The chip also manages the microphone inside the headphones. The headphones have special infrared sensors that detect whether the earplugs are in your ears and will turn off the music when you pull the headphones out. This feature certainly will be useful in saving the headphone battery life, which is claimed to last for 5 hours.

The AirPods are instantly paired up with your iPhone when you open the white little charging case that comes along. Apple states that the headphones are given 3 hours of listening time with only a 15 minute-charge. Another interesting feature is the use of the motion accelerometers and optical sensors to activate Siri with a double-tap on the headphones. The Apple wireless headphones, with their speech-detecting accelerometer, will also be able to filter out the background noise when you are on talking to someone or to Siri.

The Apple wireless headphones are going to be available in late October this year for 159USD (RM. 642). They are sold separately and aren’t included together with any of the new iPhone 7. The AirPods are defintely a big change for Apple users. iPhone 7 Apple has just been launched. So, what are the differences between this phone and iPhone 6s of last year? Today, we give you the disparities between them. Here are what you need to know! 

iPhone 7 Apple: 3D Touch home button, more ROM, and better cameras

The first and obvious difference between these two phones is the headphone jack. This is the first iPhone (along with iPhone 7 Plus) to not have a 3.5mm headphone jack. So, if you want to listen to music, you have to use the default EarPods connected through the Lightning port or use a Lightning to 3.5 mm Headphone Jack Adapter for normal earphones. Secondly, iPhone 7 this year comes with 3 ROM versions: 32GB, 128GB, and 256GB. Meanwhile, iPhone 6s had 3 variants: 16GB, 64GB and 128GB, and since the iPhone 7 announcement,  there will only be 32GB and 128GB variants. Thirdly, IP 7 also have a bigger battery than iPhone 6s, which can last 2 hours longer than the one from 6s.

Additionally, iPhone 7 is powered by a quad-core A10 Fusion processor. With this chipset, this phone will run 40% faster than 6S, which houses the A9. The next difference is cameras. Both iPhone 7 and 6s come with a 12MP main camera with 4K video recording ability. However, the iPhone 7 camera is better with f/1.8, OIS, and quad-LED flash. These features on 6s are f/2.2, no OIS, and dual-LED flash. The selfie shooter of IP7 is also better: 7MP with 1080p video recording. A 5MP cam with 720p video recording is what you can find on iPhone 6s last year.

Another distinction is the stereo speakers. Having two speakers, iPhone 7 Apple will be two times louder than 6s which only packs one speaker (mono speaker). Also, now you don’t have to worry about water issues anymore. Because the 2016 Apple phone is dust+water resistant with IP67 certification. It can stand water at the depth of 3.2 feet for 30 minutes. Another disparity is the home button. This is one of the most highlighted iPhone 7 specs. Instead of the physical home button as usual, the 2016 iPhone is equipped with a 3D Touch one. Design wise, there are no more stripes at the back of iPhone 7, compared to iPhone 6s.
