Samsung Galaxy Note 7 has been a big hit lately with the record-breaking number of sales! As there are two variants, let’s consider the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 battery between the one with SND chipset and the one with Exynos chipset.

Samsung Galaxy Note 7 battery: Real-life comparison

We have carried out a lot of different Galaxy Note 7 battery tests with two chipset versions of the Note 7. And here comes the result! First of all, in the Endurance test, when the phone is in Always On Screen mode. The Exynos version wins with 59 hours in use. Meanwhile, the Snapdragon chipset lasts 55 hours in operation. Another test we have conducted is Talk Time test. During this test, the SND variant remains for 20 hours 48 minuites, which is 3 hours less than in the Exynos variant.

Now let’s move on to two common usages that consume lots of Samsung Galaxy Note 7 battery: video playing and web browsing. In the video playback test, the Exynos version wins again because it stays in use for 16 hours and 46 minutes, while the SND version remains “alive” within 15 hours and 23 minutes. Regarding the web browsing test, Galaxy Note 7 version SND 820 survives 9 hours 25 minutes. At the same time, Note 7 version Exynos keeps functioning for 11 hours and 8 minutes.

So overall, if we consider Samsung Galaxy Note 7 battery with two chipset editions, the Exynos chipset is more powerful in saving the battery. For common daily usage, including one hour playing video, one hour browsing web and one hour talk time, the Exynos variant offers 90 hours! With the same usage, the SND 820 variant offers 81 hours.

Technically speaking, the Exynos 8890 version packs two 4-core processors, one with high clock speed and the other with low clock speed. For photography, it will be added a 12MP primary camera and a 5MP selfie snapper.

Not only those strong specs, Meizu Pro 7 will also have a stunning design. Pro 6’s successor is believed to be the Meizu phone sporting the iconic feature of Samsung, not Meizu Pro 6 Plus. There have been some images of this phone leaked online recently. According to those pics, Meizu Pro 7 will have a dual-curved edge display like S7 Edge/Note 7.

Unlike the well-known App Store from Apple, Google Play Store contains a quite big number of apps and games. Most of these apps and games have been released officially. However, the most exciting thing thay even Android users may not know is that they are allowed to try these apps only by downloading straight from Google Play. They do not have to wait for the official release or register to be an apps tester. But how can they do that?

This device is a successor of Huawei MediaPad T1, and from the confirmation of the USA social media firm-FCC, the new Huawei Tablet is MediaPad M3. OnePlus CEO: 6GB RAM is not impressive

Carl Pei – OnePlus CEO and the Head of Global Business = has just made a visit to India. During this business trip, the young and talented leader has shared some interesting information about OnePlus 3 – one of the current strongest smartphone in the industry, as well as many OnePlus’s plans in “attacking” the smartphone market of this second most populous country in the world!

To be more specific, during the interview with Digit, the OnePlus CEO insisted: “There’s nothing impressive about having 6GB of RAM. I think there’s been a little bit of misunderstanding. Our goal, with this, was never for users to run as many apps in the background as possible,” So why does the brand add a 6GB RAM to the OnePlus 3? Here’s the answer!

According to the OnePlus CEO, there are lots of apps in the Google Play store but the average number of apps used by customers is only 15 apps. These apps, supposing that they are used at the same, only need to be driven by 4GB RAM. The other 2GB RAM left in the phone is in charge of the camera! To be more specific, the OnePlus 3 takes 4 photos instead of one, then it automatically pick the best photo. This process is the reason why OnePlus 3 features 6GB RAM.

OnePlus CEO:  “The press are a little bit afraid to criticise brands”

In addition, Pei also left some criticism about the Indian tech press “I think overall in India, the press are a little bit afraid to criticise brands. If no one stands up, this industry might develop into an unhealthy state.”. This makes sense actually, as current smartphone brands keep developing new phones with unnecessarily high-end feature without thinking about the practical usage.

Samsung Galaxy C9 specs unveiled: 4GB RAM, 6.0-inch

The report comes from SamMobile which points that Samsung is working on a new smartphone in 2016. This phone has codenamed ‘Amy’ and revealed a model number SM-C9000. Last year, Galaxy C7 has a model number C7000. Thus, we predict the new Samsung phone is Galaxy C9 which is a successor of Galaxy C7. Along with leaked images is a couple of  Galaxy C9 specs.

Like Samsung Galaxy C5 and C7, the C9 will also have a metallic unibody but with a bigger screen. As you know, the C7 gets a 5.7-inch fullHD AMOLED display. Each subsequently numbered phone gets a bigger screen. Because the other “9” smartphones like Galaxy A9 or A9 Pro, all have a 6.0-inch display, Galaxy C9 is likely to come with a 6.0-inch display. In terms of other Galaxy C9 specs, there will be a mid-range chipset with 4GB RAM. A 4GB LTE will be packed on board, as well as 32GB of internal storage.

Like C5 and C7, Galaxy C9 could bring users a combo of 16MP/8MP cameras.
