HTC U 11 is official: 6GB RAM, 3000mAH, 128GB

For quite some time, people were talking a lot about the new flagship from HTC. The HTC U Ultra was considered quite expensive for what it offered, so the new HTC U 11 got all the attention instead. HTC sure took their time with the new flagship, probably analyzing the market. Finally, the company launched the phone recently. HTC U 11 specs are amazing and do not disappoint. Let’s take a look at what the new HTC flagship offers!

Right off the bat, HTC U 11 offers the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset with Octa-core (4 cores x2.45 GHz Kryo + 4 cores x1.9 GHz Kryo) CPU and Adreno 540 GPU. Supporting that will be two options: 4GB RAM, 64GB ROM or 6GB RAM, 128GB ROM. The internal storage can be expandable by up to 256GB via a microSD card. This phone also has a standard 3000mAh battery. Overall, with these internal specs, HTC U 11 ensures excellent performance (especially the 6GB RAM version) and has decent battery life.

Outside, the new HTC flagship sports a 5.5″ Super LCD5 touchscreen with 2K (1440×2560) resolution. It has a fingerprint scanner at the home button. HTC U 11 camera is as follow: there is a 12MP lens at the rear, with f/1.7, phase detection autofocus (PDAF), OIS and dual-LED flash. Up front is a 16MP selfie shooter. This phone runs the latest Android 7.1 Nougat OS. The phone also has IP67 certification for dust and water resistance. It can stay 1 meter deep under water for 30 minutes. Overall, it is quite durable!
