Zuk Z2 Pro’s mini version is about to presented soon. Last year, Zuk Z1 was released. In the early of this year, we have Zuk Z2 Pro. And now, it’s Zuk Z2. Recently, the company’s CEO – Chang Cheng- has just shared an official  image about a new smartphone- the Zuk Z2. 

Zuk Z2 with Exynos 8890 processor

As we can see from the image, the design of the Z2 goes to the other way compared to the Z2 Pro. The rear camera is housing on the left corner, instead of the center. We won’t find the laser autofocus window as well as dual LED dual tone anymore. There will be a single LED instead. On the front, the Z2 will have some similarities with its predecessor. There is a home button, a USB Type C port, the bottom speaker and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The phone will be cover by a metallic frame and 2.5D glass on the front.

Not only the image, the CEO of the company also risked another information about the phone. On his Weibo, he said: “I spent the day using the ZUK Z2, and I really enjoyed the Exynos 8890”. His caption was an obvious confirmation that the Z2 will be powered by Exynos 8890 processor. This chipset is considered to be equal to the Snapdragon 820, or even more powerful. Samsung used to use this processor in its 2 flagships: the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge.

Zuk Z2 specs hasn’t been released yet. But we’re expecting that this smartphone is gonna be a mini version of the Z2 Pro. The Z2 could feature a 4.7-inch 720p (1280 x 720) display. There might be 2 memory -variants of this phone. They are 2GB of RAM- 16GB of inbuilt storage and 3GB of RAM – 32GB of internal storage. For the camera feature, the main camera will be 8MP and the selfie shooter is 5MP.

Zuk Z2 price and availability

Zuk is back with Zuk Z2 smartphone. This phone is reported to be the scale-down version of the Z2 Pro. So, the phone will have an affordable price. There is still no official price of this phone. We’re expecting that its price might gonna be about $270 up to $350. The Zuk Z2 launch is said to be at the end of this month.

Did you hear about “Google Modular phone”?. That’s an interesting idea from Google when they make the Project “Ara” in 2015. Now, the idea of Smartphone made by modules is coming for real and expected to make a hit in 2017.

Google modular phone – change the future of using smartphone

Recently, Google has announced that they will return the project “Ara” to make the Modular phone. Google said that Modular phone will have a number of hardware partners which don’t appear on mobile devices. For an example, the device could give you ability to check blood sugar and track your health if you want. Besides, the Google modular phone is expected to got a functionality called “future proof”. That mean that it is simple to buy a new module to attach to a phone and remain its life.

As for Google modular phone specs, the first generation may come with 5.3- inch screen and run Android, probably Android 6.0. The Google modular phone can use modules from Panasonic, iHealth, Tishiba, TDK, Sony, Samsung,… You can see six modules on the back that can be swappable, so you can renew your phone whenever you want. Especially, you can “order” the device to swap its self through your voice, like you can say ” Please swap the camera”, and the device will do that for you?  That’s is amazing!

In addition, the Google modular phone may change the way we use smartphone in the future. With the parts can be swapped easily, you can upgrade what features you like. If you want to get higher camera, what you only need to do is find the good module camera and insert to your phone. Moreover, when the phone was broken down, you can fix one of them and that don’t affect to the other parts. Moreover, the next-generation may have the ability to swap out the chipset, battery, and even display.

Google Modular phone price and availability

The Google project Ara was started in a long time ago. But until now, Google ATAP has announced that Ara phones will be developed in Q4 of 2016 and the first version for consumer would be available in early 2017. 1. Huawei Honor V8

Huawei Honor V8 is one of the best Chinese phones which was launched on May 10th. The phone comes in two variants. The first version has 4GB RAM paired with 32GB ROM and a 5.7-inch FullHD (1080×1920p resolution)-386ppi. Meanwhile, the second version is better with 64GB of ROM and 5.7 inches Quad HD (1440×2560p resolution)-515ppi display. Both of them have 2.5D curved glass op top.

Every time you by electronic devices, you will see a string of the weird symbols on them. And we can say that most of you don’t understand those symbols. So have you ever wondered what they mean and tried to search them on the Internet. If you haven’t, we’re gonna show you!

1. FCC

Before being releasing, the wireless devices have to be checked to make sure that they work well and don’t cause the other wireless devices harmful. And the Federal Communications Commission will be in charge of this. If your device has an FCC icon, it means that it is certified. If it doesn’t, it won’t be allowed to be sold in the US.

2. Garbage bin with an X

This symbol is from Europe’s Waste Eletrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive. It means that the device should not be disposed inappropriately, say, in the trashcan. Because the materials inside could be very hazardous. So the device should be recycled properly.

3. CE

CE stands for Conformité Européenne (or European Conformity). This symbol marks the qualified product to be sold in nearly all European countries. Qualified product here is not about the product’s quality. It’s about the product meeting all relevant standard requirements in the European Union. This mark  makes the import task easier. The four digit number next to the CE symbol shows the third-party testing company conducting the certification.

4.Alert Symbol (!)

Wireless services from different countries sometimes operate on different frequency bands. So if a wireless device doesn’t work on a appropriate frequency bands of a particular European country, it will this mark. For example, the iPhone doesn’t operate on French’s outdoor frequency brands (2.4GHz and 2.454GHz), so it is classify as Class II and has this symbol. The device which doesn’t violate this regulation will be on Class I and have no alert mark.

5. Underwriters Laboratories (UL)

UL means Underwriters Laboratories. This is a dependent and non-profit company. It tests, analyses, certificates many products in North America and Mexico. Products with this mark have been certificated that they’re safety and reliable under normal operating conditions.

6. TÜV Rheinland GS Mark

A product with a CE mark can be sold in EU. But some countries in EU still ask for an additional certification with their own marks – the GS Mark. (GS means Tested Safety, TÜV means a tested German organization). So, this symbol means the device has been tested by TÜV Rheinland for quality. And this quality meets Germany’s safety regulations.

7. CCC

The China Compulsory Certificate (CCC) mark is a combination of two previous safety certificate systems: CCIB and CCEE. The CCIB was for basic consumer products. And the CCEE was for electrical goods. Anyone who wants to manufacture in , sell in, or import to China must have this mark. However, there’re still some exceptions like automotive tires and agricultural tools.

And there you go! Now you can look at those symbols on your device and understand their meanings. These are just some basic marks that you usually see. The marks are widespread now. Some exist, some disappear. Some were etched on the product, and some were hidden.

OnePlus 3 leaked image is showing up again. This time, it’s on a twitter account of familiar-smartphone leaker-Evan Blass. This third flagship comes with a whole new design. It’s thin and it’s metallic. This makes OnePlus fans much more excited to witness this smartphone.

OnePlus 3 leaked image: a whole new look

OnePlus is preparing to present its new flagship smartphone – the OnePlus 3. Ten days ago, the OnePlus 3‘s leaked image were on Weibo. And now, once again, a new image of this device has been out. This image comes form a guy named Evan Blass. On his twitter, he claimes that the phone in the photo was the new OnePlus flagship. The OnePlus 3 is reported not to have its sandstone back anymore. Instead of that, it will show up with a metallic body.

This smartphone will have an antenna lines on the back. At the bottom, there will be a speaker and a headphone jack and a USB-Type C. Blass also said on his page that this handset will have an AMOLED screen. This feature is different from its predecessor- the OnePlus 2 (OnePlus 2 uses LCD screen). This AMOLED screen is likely to be better than the IPS LCD screen, especially in sunny conditions. OnePlus 3 is also said to sports a 3000mAh battery life.

OnePlus 3 had been believed to be launched in June before. On the previous leaks, this smartphone is rumored to have a 5.5-inch 1080p display. I’s likely to use a popular chipset to all flagship smartphone- the Snapdragon 820 chipset. This third flagship is expected to launched with 2 RAM versions. They’re the 4GB-32GB model and 6GB-64GB variant. The phone might feature a 15MP rear cam and a 8MP front snapper.

OnePlus 3 with HTC 10 look?

Android Nokia A1 Price – Nice comeback

The Alcatel Flash Plus 2 shows up with an all-in-one metal body with a 5.5-inch 1080p display. It’s gonna run on Mediatek MT6755 Helio P10 chipset with GPU Mali-T860MP2. To keep things running smooth, the Flash Plus 2 will come with an Android Marshmallow 6.0 OS. For the memory, there will be 2 versions. You can choose a 2GB RAM and 16GB inbuilt storage, or a 3GB RAM and 32GB memory. The internal storage can be expandable via a  microSD card on both versions.

The Flash Plus 2 has a 13MP camera on the back with Realtone LED flash. And on the front, you’ll see a 5MP selfie shooter with LED flash. The phone features a 3000mAh battery capacities with a Flash Charging. This charging can refuel the battery life up to 50% in just 30 minutes. This smartphone comes in with two color-versions: the Luna Silver and Venus Gold .

Alcatel Flash Plus 2 price

This smartphone is gonna be launched in some countries of Asia and Monaco. This phone will have a price of $160 for the 2GB/16GB variant. With the 3GB/31GB, it will be priced at $190. The Alcatel Flash Plus 2 release date is expected to be on this May. So just wait and have a look at it yourself!
