The “flop” phone from LG – LG G5 unexpectedly wins the European Mobile Innovation award because of its bold design. This LG flagship houses a powerful CPU including Snapdragon 820 chipset and 4GB RAM, an IPS LC display with 2k resolution. The Korean giant – Samsung also has something to be proud of. Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge were the best smartphone camera on the market!

The current most powerful flagship from HTC – HTC 10 is awarded the European Advanced Product thanks to its ideal package: quad HD display, 12MP UltraPixel OIS camera, 4GB RAM and Snapdragon 820 chipset. It’s a surprise that Coolpad – a less famous brand in South East Asia has spotted a position at EISA Awards. On the other hand, big brands like Xiaomi, Oppo and Asus do not have any phones honored at the awards! Maybe their products are mainly released in Asia. That’s why they are absent from this European competition.

Meizu MX6 review: The highlights

First of all, the performance of Meizu MX6 is awesome! This is because it comes equipped with the whopping deca-core (ten!!!) Mediatek MT6797 Helio X20 processor, accompanied by 4GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. This means that Meizu MX6 can do almost anything you throw at it, like playing visual-heavy games. Just this fact alone makes it worth the buy in this Meizu MX6 review.

Another strong point of this phone is camera. This is the very first smartphone in the world equipped with the camera sensor IMX86 from Sony. Coupled with 12MP camera at the back, it is truly a powerhouse in terms of photography. The front camera is 5MP, also very decent for selfies. A large screen pf 5.5-inch full HD display is also great for fliming and photography. For this Meizu MX6 review, we think the camera is the biggest selling point of this phone.

Last but not least, the design of this phone is also very sleek, almost perfect. As stated before, this phone is inspired by the Apple iPhone a lot, and we can see very clearly (some may call it “copy”, but we’ll save that for another day). However, Meizu has put in their own touch as well: the camera, besides being powerful, is put at the middle of the back side. This means the chances of users accidentally cover a part of the photo with their dangling fingers is now greatly reduced. The outer shell also looks very elegant. Software wise, it sports Flyme 5.2 OS based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow, so UI will be really good.

Meizu MX6 review: The drawbacks

We said that the design is “almost” perfect. That means, like any other phones, there are imperfection with Meizu MX6 as well. The one design drawback we want to talk about is the decision to leave out the ‘back’ and ‘recent apps’ button. Instead, you just touch slightly for 2 or 3 times on the home button to perform those functions. It may not be that big of a deal to some people, but it can certainly turn off some of us, and it needs getting used to. Still, a small drawback in this Meizu MX6 review does not invalidate the fact that this is still a very good phone, and it’s available for only RM 1200 (about $300).

LeEeco Le2s specs: the world’s first 8GB RAM phone!

The Chinese company promises to bring user the first 8GB RAM phone. That is coming true gradually. The LeEco Le 2 specs have been unveiled clearly, with 8GB RAM and SnapDragon 821!  This phone is producing in China and it will be launched soon in this year. Along with the reports, there are also some leaked images of LeEco Le2s. From those images, LeEco Le2s shows a 5.5-inch display with 2.5D glass on top of the phone. The resolution is expected to reach in QuadHD resolution. Besides a gorgeous design, the internals is powerful as well.

Under the hood, it is powered by SnapDragon 821. This latest chipset is more powerful when it is supported by 8GB RAM! The strong SND 821 is now stronger when it sits on a Kryo Quad-core CPU. To be more specify, there is a 2.15GHz Quad-core and 2.3GHz quad-core. The internals is more interesting with the latest GPU: Adreno 530 GPU. Realy niceLeEco Le2 specs!

Although LeEco Le2s are clearer than the first leak, we still get the information about camera and battery. However, the leaked images said a lot of things. From the picture above, LeEco Le2s might sport a single camera on the rear. That make a bit… disappointed when comparing with other flagship at present. LeEco Le2s battery is reported to reach from 3500-4000mAH.

This upcoming LeEco phone will be released in early September, probably on the 7th. At that time, we also see iPhone 7 series. So, September will be the happy month! But in September, LeEco Le2s could make its rivals ..vulnerable with 8GB RAM and surprising price. The expected LeEco Le 2s price is $400 ( RM. 1.604).
