In terms of hardware, both Nokia C1 vs Nokia P1 arrives with the same 3GB RAM. Nokia P1 is reported to house a Snapdragon 820 chipset at its heart. It only stands behind SND 820 on the Antutu benchmark. Now, A10 Fusion is even stronger with 40% faster performance.

Previously, there are many cases in which smartphone exploded and hurt users. It seems that this trend is continuing, and a phone from Xiaomi is involved. As a recent report suggests, the camera security recorded the sudden accident. The man in the video got hurt when his smartphone exploded. The same source states that, the phone in this case is a product from Xiaomi brand – Xiaomi Mi 4C. It exploded in his back pocket and causes him third-degree burns on his hips.

Until now, there are not any confirmations about the main reason behind that incident. However, from what the video suggested, the fire seems to come from the battery of Xiaomi Mi 4C. Surprisingly, Samsung is also facing with battery issue, which causes some Galaxy Note 7 explosion. In July, another Xiaomi phone – Xiaomi Mi 4i also exploded when it was charging.

There is no basis to say that the fault lies with the company yet. However, Xiaomi needs to be very careful, because two Xiaomi phones exploding in the span of 3 months is not something to overlook. How much difference does dual LED flash make?

These days, there are many factors affecting the decision to buy smartphones. One of them is the availability of a high quality camera. There are many basic technical requirements to determine a good mobile camera. However, it is undeniable that a good camera needs to be able to take photos in dimly lit environments. Dual LED flash is precisely one of the recent technology to tackle the low-light problem.

Dual LED flash cameras are cameras that use two sources of light (LEDs) to illuminate objects that we are taking photos of.  These sources of light are usually of different color. Theoretically, an object illumination will rapidly decrease as the distance to that given object increases. The dual LED flash can produce light twice as great as a single LED flash. This allows dual flash camera to take well-lit photos of objects that are 1.4 times further away than when taken with a single flash camera.

Furthermore, dual flashes solves one problem big problem with unnaturally looking images. Those images may be the result of color temperature difference between the flash and the environment. For example, for a sunset scenery (1850°K, as in color temperature diagram above), a standard LED flash (5500°K) will give the nearest object a slightly blue hue on a photo, while everything else will have an orange glow. Two LEDs with different color temperatures can alter the flash color temperature to match the environment and give more natural-looking photos.

Among the three terms, water resistant is the least powerful. Water resistant devices are able to stand the “attack” of water at some levels, not completely. Water-repellent is a higher level of water-resistant. Water repellent devices are able to repel water from them, or you can call them hydrophobic devices. The ones called water-repellent devices are usually covered by a very thin coat of nanotechnology. Water cannot stay on the surface of that coat, which can be located on the inside, on the outside or even both. Devices with that technology are more likely to survive water penetration than common ones.

Last but not least, we have water-proof. If your smartphone is labeled “waterproof”, it is able to stay untouched after heavy “attack” of water, or in other words, it is impervious to water. Xiaomi Mi 5s has big-time upgrades!

The Xiaomi Mi 5s was planned to be released by the end of this year. However, the specs regarding this smartphone were recently leaked! Whether intentionally or accidentally, the leaked photo showed us many interesting information regarding the upgrades of the Xiaomi Mi 5s. Interestingly, the phone is said to have a 5.15-inch display screen with Force Touch feature.

Furthermore, we found out that the Xiaomi Mi 5s will be run by a 2.4 GHz quad-core processor with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 chipset and a GPU of Adreno 530. The smartphone is said to have 6 GB RAM which will operate at an impressive 1866 MHz. Additionally, the Xiaomi Mi 5s will have 256 GB worth of UFS 2.0 storage. If we take a look at the already released Xiaomi Mi 5 model, we can confidently say that the Xiaomi Mi 5s  will be operated on at least Android v6.0 (Marshmallow) operating system.

The Xiaomi Mi 5s camera spec that we found out is: a primary camera of 16 MP with f/1.8 aperture. The camera will be running with 4 axis optical image stabilization and it will have a PDAF focus. The smartphone will have a 3490 mAh battery and a Qualcomm’s fast charge 3.0. The new model will have a USB Type-C port and a fingerprint reader.

Xiaomi Mi 5s – a much better version
