For months now, Apple have seen a lot complain and difficulties in order to solve the iPhone battery matter. This is a serious issue users have been complaining about their iPhone 6s battery automatically shutting down or sometimes going off after reaching 30%. Apple is now solving dealing with this problem in China after a Chinese consumer protection agency found that some iPhones suddenly shutting down.

The iPhone battery matter has left some users frustrated, here is what a witness testified ” One of my colleagues tried to replace his iPhone 6S battery, but was turned down at an Apple Store because his device did not have one of the eligible serial numbers”. Apple has determined that a very small number of iPhone 6s devices may unexpectedly shut down. “This is not a safety issue and only affects devices within a limited serial number range that were manufactured between September and October 2015”.

To solve the iPhone battery matter, Apple decided months ago to start providing the free replacement, especially for the iPhone 6s devices. Here is a few thing you need to know for the service: make sure your iPhone 6s is fully examined and verified for the service, do this by calling your service provider to confirm that battery replacement service is available on the day you visit them. Note: Wireless carrier partners are not participating in this program. do the steps below: Back up your data to iTunes or iCloud. Turn off Find my iPhone, Erase data and settings in Settings > General > Reset > Erase all Content and Settings.
