Lenovo is highly evaluated because of the amazing performance of their products. But they made have forgotten one crucial issue. In our era of visual thinkers, the appearance is very important. Unfortunately, they failed on delivering a captivate look  match with their products quality. People hope they will not try to save their money and hire a better designer team. If they can do that, the index won’t just stop at 3% like in this research.
