Samsung Galaxy J1 (2016) and J1 Nxt are new budget handsets of Samsung in this H1 of 2016. In fact, Samsung Galaxy J1 (2016) was the first one to debut and go on sale in January. Spec-wise, it owns a 4.5-inch Super AMOLED display (480 x 800 pixels), a dual SIM, 8GB ROM (expandable up to 128GB), and 1GB RAM. In addition to Samsung Galaxy J1 (2016) specs, there are a quad-core Exynos 3475 1.3GHz processor, Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS, a 5MP/2MP camera combo, and a 2,050mAh battery on board. Samsung Galaxy J1 (2016) price is $117.

Meanwhile, Samsung Galaxy J1 Nxt was launched later, in February to be specific. Just like the name, it sports a smaller screen measuring 4.0 inches with 480 x 800 pixels. Other Samsung Galaxy J1 Nxt specs contain Android 5.1 Lollipop OS, a 5MP main/VGA secondary snapper package, and a Spreadtrum SC8830 quad-core 1.2GHz chipset. Under the hood, 8GB ROM (expandable up to 128GB), 1GB RAM, and a 1,500mAh battery are in charge of powering the device. Samsung Galaxy Nxt price is about $100.
