At MWC 2019 in Barcelona last month, the Finnish Firm announced several new phones. One of these devices is the Nokia 9 PureView flagship with Penta-lens camera on its back panel. Now, the brand is working on another smartphone with an impressive optics department, dubbed Nokia X71. Besides, according to our legit sources, this phone could be launched as Nokia 8.1 Plus in global markets.

The new Nokia phone is HMD Global’s first smartphone to feature a punch-hole display. How about the rear camera? The Nokia X71 camera can rock a triple-camera setup, including a 48MP main sensor + a secondary 120-degree super wide-angle lens. However, there are no details regarding the third snapper. Meanwhile, the global variant 8.1 Plus is expected to feature a dual rear camera.

As for the front-facing lens, there is a single 24MP selfie shooter. On the other hand, the Nokia X71 specs come with a large 6.22-inch screen with Full HD+ resolution. Like Nokia 8.1, this phone is an upper-midrange smartphone. In details, this phone can get power from the Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 chipset instead of a flagship processor. Regarding the operating system, the Nokia smartphone comes running on the latest Android 9.0 Pie. Additionally, this device sports 6GB of RAM and 64GB ROM which can be expandable up to 256GB.
