Another member from HTC family joins the best 3GB RAM phones with 20MP camera list. HTC One ME Dual SIM features 5.2-inch 2K display like its sibling, octa-core 2.2Hz processor, and of course 3GB RAM. The internal storage is 32GB, extendable. The battery is also average, 2,840mAh capacity. It supports LTE as well. Its main camera is 20MP, and front camera is 4MP, same as its brother One M9 Plus. The phone runs on Android 5.0.2 Lollipop, with HTC Sense 7 UI. It was released on July 3, 2015.
