Both of these two have been released a few months now (Mate 8 is a bit sooner than R9 Plus). Therefore you can buy them at any stores. About the price, Mate 8 price is a little cheaper than R9 Plus. Mate 8 is 1728 RM (about $487). R9 Plus is 1848 RM (around $460). If you are confused about which one in these two you should buy, just think about what you need.
