Now, the Apple iPhone 6 continues to have another issue. A group of consumers in Shanghai (China) has just reported that their iPhone 6 automatically exploded. Until now, there are about 8 iPhone 6 exploding cases. 8 is not a minor number, and of course this number is nothing compared to the number Galaxy Note 7 exploding incidents. However, these iPhone exploding incidents can cause Apple some damages.

For the last iPhone 6 battery issue, Apple explained that the iPhone 6 battery issue is because of manufacturing fault. For this exploding problem, the company claimed that the reason for these whole exploding cases is the external physical damage. And it’s totally not a manufacturing fault. Apple suggested their customers go to Apple stores for help or via Apple’s support.

Shanghai Consumer Council has received 8 complaints about iPhone’s explosion

According to CCTV news reports, a loyal user of Apple, Ms. Chen, bought an Apple 6 Plus phone in March 2015. Then, in August 31, 2016, the phone suddenly exploded. She recalled that when she and her husband were in the car to prepare for travel, this phone was on her legs. The customer said the phone was thumped out of the bang, but fortunately, the phone was kicked out of the car in time, the explosion did not cause harm to people and property.

Coincidentally, Ms. Liu, another Apple customer, who has bought a new Apple iPhone 6 Plus recently. Her iPhone’s explosion occurred in a normal charge. More specifically, Ms Liu claimed that she used the Apple original charger, while normally charged, the phone shell spontaneously cracked and burned. The fire spread to the stool under and everything was almost on fire. Following is the scary photos from Ms. Liu’s case – the latest iPhone’s explosion reported.

For the two mobile phone explosion burning reasons, there is no third-party authority to be blamed. However, according to the Shanghai Consumer Protection Committee statistics, from September 1 to November 30 this year, they have received a total of eight consumer complaints, reflecting that their iPhone exploded in normal use or while they were charged.
