So, moving on to the camera aspect where there are some minor differences. Nokia 8 cameras feature a 24MP rear camera and a 12MP selfie camera. In terms of the cameras, Nokia 9 is expected to sport a 24MP rear camera paired with a 13MP front shooter. Meanwhile, LG G6 will feature a dual 16MP main camera along with a 12MP selfie snapper for photography. As we can see, the cameras of them are neck-to-neck. We need more real experience on both phones to have better judgements.

As for other specs, Nokia is said to mount a 6.0-inch 2K display which is bigger than the 5.7-inch display on LG G6. In addition, Nokia 9 will be packed with up to 256GB of internal storage which is not able to expand. LG G6 only offers 64GB of ROM but it can be expanded by microSD. We must admit that we like such a refreshing hardware, let’s look at the specifications. The latest and fastest Snapdragon 821 in a top issue at 2:35 GHz, 6 GB of RAM and 64 or 128 MB of fast UFS 2.0 memory (Samsung) guarantee excellent performance. Battery is now stronger 3400 mAh, which is certainly welcome. A nice improvement over the 3000 mAh OnePlus 3 smartphones. It also supports fast charging. Cameras are great, both with 16Mp. The aperture of f/2.0 is not one of the best for the flagship class, but there’s PDAF focusing and advanced ISP Snapdragon 821 that improves image quality, especially at nocturnal shooting conditions. For the end price of OnePlus 3T it’s about $450.

3. Vivo X9 Plus

The front camera has dual 20Mp (lens from 5 parts) + 8Mp (lens of 4 parts) with a Sony IMX376 sensor, aperture f/2.0, support HDR and can record Full HD video at 30 frames per second. Below is a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chipset with 6 GB of RAM and 128 MB of internal memory, which is not expandable with microSD cards with 4080 mAh battery. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Vivo Xplay6 packs a 12Mp primary camera on the rear and a 16Mp front shooter for selfies. Price for Xplay6 is about $700.

5. Oppo R9s Plus

Final and fifth place occupied by Oppo R9s Plus. Oppo R9s Plus comes with a 6-inch 1080p display, and in addition is characterized by Qualcomm Snapdragon 653 chipset and 6 GB RAM and 64 GB of internal memory and a battery of 4000 mAh. The front camera is 16 MP (f/2.0). The rear camera is also 16 MP (f/1.7), but with phase detection autofocus, OIS, and LED flash. R9s Plus runs Android 6.0.1 operating system Marshmallow with Color OS 3.0 user interface. Oppo R9 Plus is available at a price of 520 dollars.

OnePlus 4 rivals with 6GB RAM?

In our opinion, OnePlus 4 rivals are already grabbing fans attention as they offer better specs and features. Therefore, OnePlus 4 must come with 6GB or 8GB RAM in order to battle these beasts we just mentioned above.

Ulefone Power 2: Battery beast

Today the Chinese phonemaker announced its new Ulefone Power 2. As the name suggests, it is all about power. This handset is a battery beast like its predecessor Ulefone Power, provided with a huge monster battery but mid-range equipment. However, the Ulefone Power is one of the most successful smartphones of the Chinese manufacturer. Will be the new phone as popular as the previous version?

Design-wise, the phone comes now with an elegant-looking full metal unibody, unlike the plastic back cover of the predecessor. Also in terms of memory the Ulefone Power 2 gets an upgrade: the newer generation will feature 1GB of RAM more than the Ulefone Power. Instead of 3GB of RAM, it will come now with 4GB of RAM. Additionally, the internal storage will be also increased to 64GB.

What we also know so far that the fingerprint scanner will be placed on the front home button and the phone will run Android Nougat out of the box, the latest operating system of Android. Coming to the mobile’s highlight: the enormous battery with the capacity of 6050mAh. Its predecessor has the same capacity, but the upcoming Ulefone Power 2 is coming with Sony’s latest generation of electric cells which provide better energy management.

Ulefone Power 2 Price and Availability

The Power 2 is expected to be unveiled at the annual MWC together with two other Ulefone devices: Gemini Pro and Armor 2. Unfortunately, we don’t have any information about other specs and the price.
