1. QiKU F4 (aka 360 F4)

First of all, it is QiKU F4, or 360 F4, released a few days ago. And you know what, QiKU F4 price is just 599 Yuan (or $92) while QiKU F4 specs are kind of excellent compared to the cost. Specifically, it sports a fingerprint scanner, a handy 5.0-inch HD display, an octa-core MediaTek MT6753 chip, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of expandable ROM.

More interesting, the F4 owns a good combo of 5MP front-facing camera and 13MP ISOCELL rear one, a dual SIM, and 4G network. Besides, the company also introduced a more advanced version of the F4, coming with 3GB RAM plus 32GB ROM. It is priced at 799 Yuan (or $123). Well, QiKU F4 is really a great deal in the budget range.
