YU Yureka has been updated, according to the manufacturer. It will be called YU Yureka Plus. So, what has been changed?

The only difference here is the screen’s resolution. If the original YU Yureka comes with an HD display, the Plus version will sport a Full HD one and a new camera.

The screen’s size is still remained as 5.5-inches. As for the camera sensor, Yureka Plus is going to feature a 13MP Sony IMX214 with 5 element Largan Blue lens and f/2.2 architecture. This new sensor will bring much better photo quality. Besides, the front-facing snapper is capable of 5MP, which also can satisfy most selfie lovers. 

The rest of the YU Yureka Plus specs is seemingly similar to its predecessor. Specifically, it is powered by a Snapdragon 615 processor, 2GB DDR3 RAM, 16GB of expandable storage, dual SIM, LTE, 2,500mAh battery, and Cyanogen OS 12.

The YU Yureka Plus price will be set at $157 (RM597) exclusively on Amazon with Moondust Gray and Alabaster White option.

In conclusion, one of the most affordable machines of the mid-range phone, YU Yureka, has been upgraded with FHD screen and 13MP Sony shooter, and the new version is named YU Yureka Plus. It will cost no more than RM600. Hope that this new modern handset will make YU phones more popular!
