Previously, Xiaomi has confirmed the official launch of their first mid-range handset in India this year: Redmi Note 5. However, the media has another exciting prediction. Instead of one handset, Xiaomi can now launch two variant of the Redmi Note 5: the standard Note 5 and the powerful Note 5 Pro. According to our sources, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro is going to accompany its brother – Redmi Note 5 in its official launch this February.

In details, Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro specs sport a 5.9-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen. Furthermore, Redmi Note 5 Pro screen also has the resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels, with 18:9 ratio. Under the hood, this Xiaomi phone is going to run on a more powerful chipset: Qualcomm Snapdragon 636. In term of the storage, Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro offers two variants: 4GB RAM with 64GB ROM, or 6GB RAM with 128GB ROM. Two Xiaomi variants’ storage can be expandable up to 256GB via microSD.
