Recently, we have revealed the coming of Xiaomi Mi5 in the Xiaomi 2015 Raodmap. For Xiaomi Mi5 Specs, we know that it is going to sport a 5.2-inch 2K display, a 16MP snapper and a 3000mAh battery with 3GB or 4GB RAM.

Meanwhile, Xiaomi Mi5 Plus version will come with a 6-inch borderless design 2K screen and a 4GB RAM plus 64GB of storage. Besides, it also has optical image stabilization and 1600w pixel camera.

In general, it is said that both Mi5 and Mi5 Plus will surely be powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 with 64-bit computing and 8 CPU. However, though Snapdragon 810 is powerful and, it does overheat and contains some other problems regardless of how Qualcomm has explained this fact. Therefore, Xiaomi will probably reconsider whether to choose Snapdragon 810 or not.

It is likely to happen since now many sources claim that Qualcomm’s MSM8996 (Snapdragon 820) is going to be released as a processor using Samsung‘s 14nm process. This can be another choice for Xiaomi, which is  is waiting for a new generation of processor and wanting to launch its products as soon as possible.
