Xiaomi Ferrari leaked on Geekbench: 4.9-inch and Lollipop

Some hidden test has been taken by Xiaomi for the next generation of Xiaomi phone simply names XIAOMI FERRARI. Most likely Xiaomi will announce this mid-range Flagship End of this month on 31 March. This means that users get more choice with the amazing Galaxy Note Alternatives Mi Note and Note Pro and now a cheaper Xiaomi Ferrari.

This morning, the company had been back to the light when announcing the $320 version of its famous MiTV2 in China. Another product had been unveiled in the event also. A test result found on Geekbench revealed the performance of the phone.

The name we saw on the test is Xiaomi Ferrari. As often, the word “Ferrari” reminds people of red cars, so with this name, Xiaomi’s fans are expecting for a device of the Redmi series.

Showed in the benchmark listings, the Xiaomi Ferrari must be a powerful handset at mid-range level. Powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 SoC with octa-core 1.65 GHz CPU coming along with 2 GB RAM, the smartphone comes with a 4.9-inch touchscreen display of 1080×1920 pixel resolution, this is nearly the top of the line.

At the back, it has a 12MP rear camera which is capable of recording Full HD video along with HDR. At the front will be a 5MP camera and the phone has bunch of sensors that can undertake plenty of modes. Xiaomi Ferrari will run MIUI based on the latest Android 5.0.2 Lollipop.

The size of the display is said to be  4.9 inches, making it a little bit larger than the current Redmi 2, but still smaller than the Redmi Note. The design of this device is now still a mystery for all Xiaomi’s fans but it seems like everyone is waiting for the next wave of shocking news from the Chinese manufacturer.
