She used\u00a0her smartphone for\u00a0a long time before falling asleep. Especially, she used her phone in the dark. As a result, her eye went blind in one eye.\u00a0\u201cShe would lie on her left side and look at the screen primarily with her right eye. Her left eye was often covered by the pillow\u201d, the local news reported on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>The other patient in her 40s had similar problem. She woke up before sunrise and checked the news on her smartphone before getting\u00a0up. In the night before, she used her phone during 4 hours in the dark. It had been going on for about a year. As a result,\u00a0she injured her eyes. In the past, there are a lot of same situations leading to &#8220;blindness&#8221; because of smartphone&#8217;s wrong using. In two cases above, two patients used their smartphones with just on eye.\u00a0You might not know that one of your eyes are adapted to the dark and the other to the light.<\/p>\n<h3>You need to avoid &#8220;smartphone risk&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>So, you shouldn&#8217;t put your eye under the dark in a long time as well as use only one eye in viewing smartphone. As the reports, about 80% users use their smartphones in the wrong way, especially when they are in\u00a0bed. Therefore, you need to reduce the time of using phones when you are in\u00a0bed .
