The Vivo Y15, which was launched in 2013, is budget-friendly phone that emphasizes on the camera section. This 4.5” scratchproof display phone is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6582 CPU and a Mali-400MP2 GPU along with 512MB RAM.
