Vivo brand is working on the next flagship with 5G support in 2019, vivo Apex 2019. According to our latest news, this handset can get power from Snapdragon 855 chipset. Moreover, the vivo Apex smartphone equips an impressive 12GB of RAM, along with 256GB or 512GB of storage. About the display, vivo Apex specs can feature a 6.39-inch AMOLED screen (1080 x 2340 pixels).

The vivo phone arrived just a day after Meizu. The Meizu device has announced the portless buttonless phone, while the vivo Apex 2019 is a slightly different beast despite similar looks. For starters, the Apex 2019 has a port, of sorts. Meanwhile, the Meizu Zero relies entirely on wireless charging, the Apex 2019 uses a magnetic connector on the rear for charging and data transfer.

Under the hood, vivo Apex can come with very thin bezels with no sight of a selfie camera. Regarding the photography system, vivo Apex camera presents dual 12MP + 13MP cameras on the rear with an LED flash. Furthermore, the new phone from Vivo can run on Android 9.0 Pie and equip 4100mAh battery. Whereas, until now, vivo has not said a word about either the selfie camera or waterproof characteristic. However, we know that the new handset uses a combination of capacitive touch and pressure-sensing.

We have not known about the official launch of vivo Apex 2019. However, we can believe to see this phone at the Mobile World Congress in February.
