Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro, which was introduced in China in March last year, is now going to have an international release. At the start, Samsung’s plan was just to sell this phone in China only, making it difficult for people from other countries to take hold of this phone. However, its appeal to the international market proves to be really high, making Samsung change their initial plan. This phone has since then made its way to Malaysia in June last year and then India after wards.

When it arrived in India, the Galaxy A9 Pro price was at about RM. 2164 (~$486). However, at a local event recently,Samsung has announced the new price for this phone, and it is lower. Now, the Galaxy A9 Pro price falls at RM. 1991 (~$447). That, in turn, makes this supposedly mid-range smartphone that much appealing to customers as well. This is quite a move from Samsung to boost the sales of the Galaxy A9 Pro.

For your information, the Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro specs are quite appealing. It houses a Snapdragon 652 chipset under the hood, along with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. It also has a huge battery of 5,000mAh. Outside, it features a 16MP rear camera and an 8MP front shooter. The screen is 6.0″ Super AMOLED, with Full HD resolution. Out of the box, it runs Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. There are 3 color options: gold, black, and white.
