Recently, we have heard about the cheaper alternative of the Oneplus but no further information can we explore how it look like or how powerful its specs are. Some posters on Weibo believed that the image below may probably the first leaked pic of the cheaper Oneplus alternative.

Oneplus is going to announce a new service of product under its brand. We do not know for sure whether it’s a service or a product but according to some reports, the company will be launching a cheaper version of the famous Oneplus One.

A famous tipster on Weibo has posted a photo of a phone to partly prove that these rumors is logical. The mysterious phone carries Oneplus One special design with a metal panel cover the main camera, single flash, plastic back and the power button on the right side of the device. The plastic back makes people believe that this is an entry-level smartphone.

To recap: Oneplus One specs:

• 5” fHD (1920×1080 pixels) LCD display
• Quad-core 2.5 GHz Snapdragon 801
• 3GB RAM
• 13MP rear camera
• 3100 mAh battery

If this is the real cheaper alternative of the popular Oneplus One, which specifications can the phone feature? Probably the company will keep the same Snapdragon 801 chip but with lower 2GB Ram, we thought. Also, a 5” fHD display or a 5.5” fHD display can both be possible to appear in this model. In our opinion, the battery capacity can be reduced to 3000 mAh.

So far, the company hasn’t confirmed any information about the so-called Oneplus One cheaper version, or should we call it the Mini Oneplus One? Hopefully, Malaysia will be among the first markets to launch this device. Cheaper Oneplus One price in Malaysia is expected to make no big difference with other market.
