The confirmed Nokia comeback is now coming closer and closer to us. At MWC, Nokia is expected to showcase some new smartphones. Among them is the E1. Recently, some more Nokia E1 specs and releases details have been leaked!

Recently, there were a lot of news about the Nokia phones that are supposed to appear as part of Nokia comeback. The Nokia D1C, the Nokia Edge, etc. Nokia E1 was also mong them. Apparently, HMD Global, the one in charge of this Nokia comeback, has passed certificaiton last week. That means we now know a bit more about this device. Fitting with earlier speculations, The Nokia E1 will indeed be an entry Android smartphone, whose price will be on the low-end.

Since Friday, there have been reports of the leaked Nokia E1 specs. The new Nokia device will be have a Snapdragon 425 chipset, with quad-core 1.4GHz CPU and Adreno 308 CPU under the hood. Accompanying that will be 2GB of RAM. There is 16GB of internal storage available. It is not yet confirmed that the storage will be expandable via microSD card or not, but with just 16GB of ROM, it is highly likely that we will be able to expand the storage further.

There are also some other notable Nokia E1 specs. The phone will sport a 5.2 or 5.3″ screen, with 720p (HD) display. There will be a 13MP rear camera, and a 5MP front shooter for selfies and video calls. Also, this new phone is expected to run Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box. This is one huge highlight, because the price of this Nokia phone is supposedly on the low side. We will have to wait for further confirmation from HMD Global and Nokia themselves.
