The U.S. ban has cornered Huawei, giving it a headache to create a series of measures to prevent the effects of the ban. However, our reliable sources said that the Huawei Mate 40/ Huawei P50 series is still being developed on schedule. According to various reports, despite the U.S. imposing new sanctions on Huawei in May 2020, the Chinese brand is going to release the Mate 40 series equipped with 5nm Kirin chips in October this year. 

Under the hood, Huawei P50 Pro 5G camera packs a penta 108MP main lens on the rear. At the front-facing, it has a single 48MP shooter for taking selfies and video calls. In hardware-wise, the Huawei flagship gets power from the Hisilicon Kirin 1020 SoC. For the display, Huawei P50 Pro 5G specs feature a 6.69-inch OLED with 1200×2640 pixels resolution and 120Hz refresh rate.

As for the memory department, Huawei smartphone ships with different variants, 12GB/ 16GB of RAM. Besides, there is a 512GB/ 1TB of onboard storage. On the other side, the Huawei handset boots on Android 11 as the operating system. Moreover, the connectivity on this Huawei phone includes USB 3.1, Type-C, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.1, and more. Furthermore, in terms of the battery, the Huawei device houses a 5000mAh energy box. It supports 65W fast charging, 50W fast wireless charging, 40W fast reverse wireless charging.
