Huawei is working on another dual camera smartphone. However, this time, it will be an affordable device – Huawei Honor 6X. With 3GB RAM, this phone will be a tough rival to Xiaomi Redmi Pro. 

Huawei Honor 6X: 3GB RAM, dual camera

Honor is a sub-brand of Huawei company. In the last few years, this sub-brand has gained so much success thanks to their high – quality yet affordable smartphones. Huawei Honor 8 is a typical example. Launch in July, this handset is one of the most successful products of Honor. Up to now, Honor has sold 1.5 million Honor 8 units. This phone is even available in the UK and US market.

To continue the success, this brand is about to introduce a new product to the market – Huawei Honor 6X. This phone could be the successor of Honor 5X. On TENAA, this handset showed up with a dual camera on the back. This is not a strange thing because dual camera is an iconic feature of Huawei. The special thing is that this iconic feature is added on a device aimed at mid-range segment. So, after Xiaomi with Redmi Pro, Honor 6x could be the second affordable dual camera phone.

In terms of Huawei Honor 6X specs, the phone may come with a 5.5-inch Full HD display. As the Honor 5X successor, the processor of Honor 6X will be stronger than 5X (SND 616). It is reported that 6X will be powered by SND 625 chipset and run on Android 6.0 OS with EMUI on top. It could probably pack 3GB of RAM paired with 32GB of expandable storage.

With this new product, Honor is aiming at the mid-range segment. One affordable device with dual camera, it seems that Honor wants to make a big move this time. With such an iconic feature of Huawei flagships, Honor 6X will be a tough rival to the other dual camera phones in the market, especially Xiaomi Redmi Pro.
