Another budget Chinese smartphone on this list is Meizu M3S. This brand-new Meizu device houses a 1.5GHz octa-core processor, running with Mediatek MT6750 chipset and Mali-T860 MP2 GPU. As for the memory, the phone comes in two version: 16GB ROM with 2GB RAM and 32GB ROM with 3GB RAM, both expandable. A highlight of this budget phone is the fingerprint scanner which supports both phone locking and app locking. For photography, there is a 13MP cam on the back and a 5MP cam on the front. This device is fueled by a 3020mAh battery. Meizu M3S price is only 106$ for the 2GB version and  $136 for the 3GB version. Very cheap for such impressive Meizu M3s specs.
