Even though many people claim that Samsung Galaxy Note 7 is one of the best phones at the moment. Lots of users find this Samsung Note does not reach their expectations. Here are 4 reasons why.

1. Samsung Galaxy Note 7: appearance design problems

Samsung decides that they want to go ” Edge only” on Samsung Galaxy Note 7. This also means that they will eliminate the flat screen version of Note 7. This limits the consumers choice on which model they find more suitable. Like all the other edge looks, the phone display can attract lots of reflection. If you are in strong sunlight, there is no way you can see what is on the screen.

Besides, the edge design is said to be really hard to hold. It makes people feel like they can drop the phone anytime. Also, the phone curves cause some presentation problems when phone owners use some apps.  When people spend lots of their money on such an expensive phone like Note 7, they expect more than these.

2. Samsung Galaxy Note 7 dual camera: a broken dream

We were so excited to hear that “the beast” would sport dual camera lens. We all know dual camera always captures better. Unfortunately, that is only a rumor. There is no dual camera lens housing in this device. Now we have to wait for iPhone 7 to be released at the end of this year. Then we will know how good dual camera really is in reality. Luckily, Note 7 camera optics and software are much better than the previous phones from Samsung.

3. Samsung Galaxy Note 7: not the best battery capacity

Note 7 battery is only 3500mAh. It’s an improvement since Note 5 battery is 300mAh. Unfortunately, this improvement is not enough to please their buyers.  If you compare this one to Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, you will see that the Note 7 capacity is a bit less.

4. Samsung Galaxy Note 7: unfair treatment

Samsung fans all over the world are quite frustrated because of Samsung marketing strategy. Samsung will release a different Samsung Galaxy Note 7 in China market. It’s also informed that the China version of this phone will have remarkable upgrades. The giant explains that they have to do this due to special marketing demand in China.
