4. Huawei Honor 5C

Next is a phone from Huawei, the Honor 5C. The phone is powered by an Octa-core (4×2.0 GHz Cortex-A53 & 4×1.7 GHz Cortex-A53) HiSilicon Kirin 650 chipset, alongside 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM (+up to 256GB). There is also a 3000mAh inside. Other Huawei Honor 5C specs include a 5.2″ Full HD display, a 13MP main camera, and an 8MP front camera lens. The default OS is Android 6.0 Marshmallow, and will be upgradable to 7.0. Huawei Honor 5C price is now RM 659.

5. Sony Xperia E5

Last on this list of top budget mobile for Q1 2017 is Sony Xperia E5. There is a Quad-core 1.3 GHz Cortex-A53 Mediatek MT6735 SoC, accompanied by 1.5GB RAM and 16GB ROM (+up to 256GB).
