1.SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 8:

The first phone we want to mention on our list is Samsung Galaxy Note 8. The upcoming flagship gains a lot of attention because it marks the comeback of Samsung with the Note series. Samsung Galaxy Note 8 design is very similar to the Samsung Galaxy S8; featuring a curved, Infinity display and rear-mounted Home button. The smartphone is also waterproof with IP68 certified rating.

About its specs, Samsung Galaxy Note 8 has a 5.7-inch Super AMOLED display with 4K resolution (3840 x 2160 pixels). The phone also packs Samsung Exynos 8995 chipset, while some other variants could carry Snapdragon 835 instead. Other Samsung Galaxy Note 8 specs include 6GB RAM and 64/128GB ROM, dual camera 13MP and possibly, a battery cell of 4600mAh. However, we will have to wait until this August to learn more about this new flagship.

2.XIAOMI MI 6 PLUS:

Earlier this April, Xiaomi has announced their latest product, which is going to be available at the end of 2017. The device is called Xiaomi Mi 6 Plus. As we all expect, this flagship could run on Snapdragon 835 with 6GB RAM. Xiaomi Mi 6 Plus specs also include a 5.7-inch IPS LCD screen with Full HD resolution. Xiaomi Mi 6 Plus camera is going to pack a dual 12MP primary sensor and an 8MP front sensor. Battery-wise, Xiaomi Mi 6 Plus battery has the capacity of 4500mAh.

3.APPLE IPHONE 8:

Third on our list is Apple iPhone 8, the upcoming 10th-anniversary handset that everyone has been expecting. This new Apple flagship has a 5.1-inch Super AMOLED display with 750 x 1334 pixels. Apple iPhone 8 is going to run on Apple A11 chipset and iOS 11. The smartphone offers 3GB RAM and up to 256GB ROM without the card slot. According to what we heard, Apple iPhone 8 camera could contain a dual rear lens of 12MP and a front lens of 7MP. Besides, Apple iPhone 8 specs also offer other cool features, such as Face Recognition (instead of Touch ID), Fingerprint scanner and a bezel-free display.

4.HUAWEI MATE 10:

Next up on our list of top 5 coolest smartphones (2017) is a Chinese flagship called Huawei Mate 10. Even though Huawei Mate 10 release date is in October this year, everyone has been talking about it non-stop. The phone comes with an enormous screen of 6 inches, IPS LCD with Full HD resolution. The same with its predecessor (Huawei Mate 9), the new Huawei Mate 10 also carries a HiSilicon Kirin 960 chipset with Octa-core processor. However, Huawei made an upgrade to Huawei Mate 10 specs, packing massive 8GB RAM and 128GB ROM under its hood. Huawei Mate 10 camera contains a 20MP dual sensor on the rear and an 8MP selfie shooter. Huawei Mate 10 battery capacity is 3500mAh, non-removable.

5.NOKIA 9:

Last but not least, we want to talk about the coming soon Nokia device called Nokia 9. Despite the fact that it is not available yet, Nokia 9 is still a beautiful premium flagship with amazing specs. Firstly, the smartphone sports a 5.3-inch IPS LCD screen with Quad HD resolution. Nokia 9 runs on Snapdragon 835 along with 6GB RAM and also offers up to 128GB of internal storage. Other Nokia 9 specs include a dual 13MP primary camera on the rear and a 12MP front sensor. Nokia 9 battery capacity, nonetheless, remains unknown.
