A lot of Nokia phones have been unveiled. After their official pricing confirmation, Nokia seems to be standing under the mobile world’s spotlight. Recently, an image of a new Nokia flagship – Nokia P has been leaked along with its powerful specs.

A Nokia flagship Alleged Nokia P: Snapdragon 835 and 6GB RAM

2016 is going to an end while 2017 is on its way to come. 2017 will witness many new blockbusters of mobile world and the Nokia comeback is one of the most expected events of the year. Although Nokia now is under the acquisition of HMD Global company, Nokia branded Android smartphones are very attractive, especially when HMD Global has 16 out of 17 executives is originally from Nokia. A lot of Nokia phones have been unveiled. Most of them belong to budget and mid-range segment. However, an image of a new Nokia flagship – Nokia P has been leaked along with its powerful specs.

Besides Nokia D1C, this Nokia P seems to appear at MWC 2017 in February as there has already been its hand-on image. Nokia P specs can tell us that this Nokia Android phones belongs to high-end line. The handset is likely to sport a 5.0-inch+ display with unknown resolution. Under the hood, it can be powered by the latest Snapdragon 835 chipset with 6GB of RAM. As for the photography, Nokia P may mount a big 23MP sensor with CarlZeiss lens at the back.

This Nokia smartphone should run on the latest available Android OS and Google might be closely involved with this phone. While other specs are still mysteries, this Android smartphone is expected to be successful and bring back the crown for Nokia. Other phone companies are promising to launch their extra-ordinary flagships in 2017. Nokia P would be a tough rival to iPhone 8 or Galaxy S8.

Nokia P price and availability

As confirmed by HMD Global company in a recent meeting, Nokia and HMD will release their phones step by step to check the potential of the market, from budget phones then mid-range phones. So  probably Nokia flagships are likely to be launched after Nokia D1C. Nokia P price is still a mystery at least until its launch. So stay tuned for the details.
