Nintendo had been through some tough times over the last couple years with falling financial forecasts and the failure of its product – the WiiU –  in sales terms. In recent time, Nintendo’s been back to the lead position in this feild with the new product – NX. And now, they’ve even came up with the better idea – a smartphone for gaming. This gaming smartphone is expected to create a huge jump over its main rival – Sony.

Nintendo smartphone, or Nintendo Plus, is reported to run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow system. It’ll  feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chipset, 4GB RAM and 128 GB ROM. It will have a 3.000 mAh battery life, a 12MP rear camera and 5MP front- facing camera. The body of this Nintendo Plus is gonna be made of polycarbonat, with a hidden nano SIM slot and a punch for stylus pen ejection. This Nintendo Plus will have a 5.1 – inch full HD AMOLED srceen.

Since the concept focuses on gaming, this Plus will support native emulators for the nearly every Nintendo home console and handheld from NES, N64 to DS. There’ll be a kick-slider and the rotation opening mechanism for both DS mode and classic gaming mode. There’s also a full set of buttons ( the traditional ABXY action buttons, a D Pad and 2 thumbsticks), and a stereo speaker on the front.

The idea of Nintendo smartphone for gaming currently is fantastic. Because Nintendo’s recent next home console, the Nintendo NX,  is designed to cooperate with smartphone, maybe a Nintendo smartphone like the Plus is about to release soon. And we’re expecting that it will show up in 2017!
