The first 6GB RAM smartphone of Meizu is coming – Meizu M5. With this hefty RAM and 13MP main cam, this phone is expected to make a big hit in the market. 

Meizu M5: 6GB RAM, 13MP cam

Meizu – Chinese smartphone company- has just launched their budget smartphone M3s in India. Now, this brand is about to launch their new device to the market- Meizu M5. This phone has been leaked on TENAA for many times. This phone is the third member of Meizu M lineup. Compared to the other predecessors, this phone is promised to make a bit hit in the market.

In terms of Meizu M5 specs, the phone will come with a 5.2-inch display with the resolution of 720 x 1280px (HD). After adding three M smartphones with a 5.0-inch screen, the company decides to equip M5 with a bigger screen. Like the most current predecessor M3, this new handset is powered by a 1.5Ghz octa-core MT6750 processor. It could use Android Marshmallow OS.

The phone will have 3 versions: 2GB RAM + 16GB ROM, 3GB RAM + 32GB ROM, and 6GB RAM + 64GB ROM. These models will come with a microSD card for expandable ROM up to 128GB. So, with these variants, customers will have more options to choose. You can choose the budget or affordable 2/3GB RAM version. If you want a device with more RAM, 6GB variant is available. For photography, you can use either a 5MP selfie shooter or a 13MP primary camera. The capacity of the phone will be about 2870mAh – 3000mAh.

Meizu M5: price and release date

6GB RAM smartphones seem to become the trend since there’re more and more devices having 6GB RAM: Oppo R9s Plus, Galaxy C9 Pro, Xiaomi Mi Note 2, Mi Mix, and Meizu M5. With these specs, this new Meizu phone will be the fierce rival in the market. The phone will come out in the near future. Meizu M5 price is still a mystery.
