Asus ZenFone 4 series specs: 6GB RAM, 24MP camera

After releasing in Taiwan last month, Asus is going to bring the new Asus ZenFone 4 series to India in September. There are five variants in this Asus ZenFone series including ZenFone 4, ZenFone 4 Pro, ZenFone 4 Selfie, ZenFone 4 Selfie Pro, ZenFone 4 Max. At the moment, there’s still no confirmation on how many color choices are available. Furthermore, every model in the Asus ZenFone 4 series runs on Android 7.0 Nougat (except for the Asus ZenFone 4 Pro runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat). However, they may all get the Android Oreo update in the future.

In case you don’t know, every model in the set has at least 3GB RAM. With 6GB RAM, the Asus ZenFone 4 and ZenFone 4 Pro brands are the most powerful handsets in the series. The two selfie-focused smartphones have 4GB RAM and also the ZenFone 4 Max.  Moreover, the Asus ZenFone 4 Pro device gets power from the powerful Snapdragon 835. Regarding the battery, the Asus ZenFone 4 Max has the longest battery life with a 5000 mAh battery.

In case you don’t know, all the variants in the Asus ZenFone 4 series have dual-camera setup. The Asus ZenFone 4 Selfie and the Asus ZenFone 4 Selfie Pro own a 24/20MP sensor and another 5/8MP sensor in the front of the handsets, respectively.

According to Asus, the Asus ZenFone 4 series launch date is on September 14.
