Gaming smartphone is becoming the trend in the mobile world. Besides that, ASUS ROG is one of the most awaited gaming devices to launch this year. In addition, this device is the company’s first gaming smartphone in Computex 2018. In details, the ROG phone comes with a bold design aesthetic, similar to the brand’s lineup of PC peripherals. On the back of this phone, there is a dual camera setup and a fingerprint scanner.

On the other hand, the ASUS phone offers an AeroActive Cooler. The cooler sports a 3.5mm jack and a USB-C connector. In addition, there are two more USB Type-C ports on the left-hand-side of this phone. Moreover, the cooler covers the ROG logo on the device, while its logo is at the bottom. Meanwhile, the ASUS ROG camera system features a dual 12MP + 8MP rear sensor with some AR capabilities. On the other hand, the front-facing equips a single 8MP lens for the selfies.

In terms of the display, ASUS ROG specs pack a large 6-inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels and a tall 18:9 ratio. Besides that, the ASUS gaming device gets power from the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset, along with 8GB RAM and 128GB/ 512GB of internal storage (no card slot). On the other hand, this phone runs on Android 8.1 Oreo and packs a non-removable Li-Ion 4000mAh juice box.
