After Xiaomi Mi 4i, there’s another exploded phone from Xiaomi

Not long after the explosion of Xiaomi Mi 4i in India, there comes another exploded phone from the brand! This phone is reported to be Xiaomi Mi 5. Let’s see what happened!

Xiaomi exploded phone: Is it really Xiaomi’s fault?

For those who still don’t know, a few days ago there was a video showing a smartphone suddenly catching fire and exploding in the office! The phone later was identified to be Xiaomi Mi 4i! The brand themselves have also made a public statement then, showing that they would investigate on the incident and in the meantime the unlucky user would be offered with another smartphone! Now, when there hasn’t been any additional information about the cause of the exploded phone, another Xiaomi phone is reported to explode!

Back to the current incident, a man from China has just shared on Weibo that his phone has just exploded! Along with the Weibo post is a picture showing a burned smartphone! This exploded phone is said to be Xiaomi Mi 5. Currently Xiaomi hasn’t made any statement about the incident! So let’s wait for a few more days until this brand finally speak up about this.

By the way, I personally feel something suspicious about this incident. Different from the former incident which is demonstrated by a video, this incident is only shown via a picture of a burned, unidentified smartphone. Whether the exploded phone is Xiaomi Mi 5 or not, there’s no confirmation! So before Xiaomi really investigates on the problem, I don’t think we should make any accusation against Xiaomi.

Xiaomi phone exploded: Is it simply an explosion?

It seems to be an unlucky time for Xiaomi, when two of their phones are reported to exploded! And this is absolutely NOT a good news for the brand, cause no customers would buy a smartphone from the same brand of an exploded phone! But the latest incident hasn’t been identified to be a Xiaomi phone. And even if it’s a Xiaomi phone, there’s no evidence showing how the phone exploded! So whether it’s an evil trick from other smartphone brands or not, we still don’t know.
