Alcatel Flash Plus 2 specs: Modern OS, excellent selfie cam and…

At MWC 2016 held last month, Alcatel introduced IDOL 4 and IDOL 4S, getting people interested in. And now, they are about to announce another model belonging to the mid-range category called Flash Plus 2, obviously the successor to the Alcatel Flash Plus debuting in May 2015. We also predict that Alcatel Flash Plus 2 release date is kind of near since an almost full specification sheet of this smartphone showed up on GFXBench not long ago.

Apparently, the device will run on the latest Android operating system, Marshmallow. Besides, Alcatel Flash Plus 2 specs will include a pretty good camera set consisting of an 8 MP front and a 13 MP rear shooter. Though, its display will be smaller than the first generation, measuring 4.6 inches with Full HD resolution to be specific. But we guess that’s OK because the phone will fit your hand perfectly.

The rest contain an octa-core MediaTek MT6755BM 1.8 GHz processor, 2 GB of RAM paired with 16 GB of internal storage. So, there are just its design, battery, microSD card slot, SIM, and fingerprint sensor left unknown. Hopefully the company will confirm everything in the next weeks. What are your expectations?

Alcatel Flash Plus 2 price and availability

As we mentioned above, Alcatel Flash Plus 2 launch seems to be around the corner. However, there has been no official word made for that yet, so let’s wait a bit more. In terms of price tag, we’re pretty sure it’s gonna be super affordable, just like its predecessor costing around $145. Then, $150 can be the right number for the Plus 2. What’s your opinions?
